I gave this dealership the opportunity to address this privately before posting publicly, but after speaking with the owner and sending over dash cam footage last week, I never received any follow-up response. I brought my Jeep in for a traction control issue that was causing intermittent loss of acceleration. The dealership kept my vehicle for two days and claimed it had been driven extensively in an attempt to recreate the issue. However, my dash cam footage showed significantly less drive time and mileage than what was communicated to me. What was most disturbing was the behavior captured on the footage. The employee driving my vehicle made repeated highly inappropriate comments about young high school-aged girls and women, insulting comments about my car by calling it a "piece of shit," and statements implying my vehicle was extremely unsafe to be driving. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to after trusting them with my vehicle. They also expected me to return the following week to take one of these men for a ride to try to get the vehicle to act up. After reviewing the footage, there was absolutely no way I felt comfortable returning to this dealership. I understand not every issue can immediately be diagnosed, but professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers should still be expected. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience here. You will be charged for everything you mention - "can you take a look at the brakes to make sure I don't need new pads" translates to "deluxe brake inspection by certified mechanic @ $200". The final time I went was for an airbag warning light issue. It was such a circus I ended up going elsewhere. They clearly lacked any experience as the problem is very common on my model - a frayed wire between the door and body where all the wires pass from body to door. Money to diagnose without a diagnosis? No thanks. Buyer beware, there's no standout incompetence here, but this is typical dealer service center stuff to the nth degree - prepare to be gouged and to be pitched a bunch of stuff you likely don't need.
