We came here for dinner on my first trip to Eureka Springs and loved it so we decided to give brunch a try. I left after demolishing maybe the best waffle I've ever had? Perfectly crispy and soft, comes with Maldon butter and some vanilla-y syrup - eating them all together you almost got an ice cream flavor it was so creamy and sweet. Still thinking about this waffle for the next week for sure. The breakfast biscuit sandwich was also delicious - super buttery and light. Service was fast and really good! There were a decent amount of people eating Saturday brunch. There was also live music which was nice and not overwhelmingly loud. You do have to take the stairs up to the restaurant (which will never deter me now that I know how good the waffle is) but it is great for people watching downtown! read more

Our waitress dawn was amazing! Very attentive. It was a busy morning for them; and I think our order may have gotten lost in the shuffle. We waited for some time, but it was worth it! I had the lobster Benedict, and the portion of lobster was generous and delicious. I was fully ready to pay full price, but the manager comped our meal for our wait. Really was above and beyond what I had expected, and it was much appreciated. read more

While exploring Eureka Springs, AR, we happened upon this lovely restaurant and had a great experience. We both got burgers (mine was beyond meat), they were cooked perfectly and the fries were fantastic. Our server was excellent through the experience and the restaurant is comfortable and nice. Really cool little spot, with friendly service up the stairs to on Main st near a lot of nice shops to explore nearby. The brisket burger was amazing and their homemade pickles/sauce brings the burger to life! The hummus plate was also a very nice vegetarian option for the misses. read more

We visited in off season. Food was wonderful, service was great and the views from the 2nd story were wonderful! (and what other reviews said about the fries was true, they are indeed, every bit as good as McD's - - and without all of their salt). Nice ambiance. We will return. Robin read more

Bloody Mary was top notch! Perfect spice and hit the spot. Brunch was fantastic, the breakfast potatoes are amazing. Easy to get in and out. read more

If you've had a lobster roll on any coast the lobster roll here will not compare. I was let down by it. The bread was literally a hot dog bun it seemed. Not the roll I was familiar with from coastal lobster rolls I've had before. French fries are exactly like McDonald's. My husband ordered a speciality cheeseburger and he really loved it. But my experience was 3/5. The price felt inflated. read more

Slippery floors should be your first clue. Orders wrong. Server gaslighting me. Don't go to the bathrooms and look behind the curtain. Started off great and went rapidly downhill. Disappointing, first time here. Won't be back. read more

This restaurant had really good ratings and I wanted something for my last meal in Eureka Springs for our weekend getaway. It was a little hard to find if you are not looking for it, and you go up a staircase and at the top is the restaurant. It's a nice atmosphere, nothing exceptional, but clean and nice enough. They had really good food. It's a little pricier than I would have liked, but this is a tourist spot so it's to be expected. I had a mimosa and that was perfect, it didn't have too much orange juice. Then I ordered the lobster eggs Benedict that was on a special of the day and it was delicious. My husband ordered a burger and fries. He said he could taste that the meat was high quality The server was very nice as well. read more

We've got takeout from here a couple of times now. As locals, we know the restaurant scene here in town pretty well. Gotta say that The Spring on Main strikes a great balance between fresh, innovative and tasty fare while being laid-back and casual. The staff work their butts off to take care of customers. It's a fun and festive spot in the heart of downtown. But the real attraction is the food! They have a well thought out menu that offers something for just about everyone. Loved the heirloom tomato and charred corn salad. They use fresh, local ingredients as much as possible. They make their own ranch dressing with fresh herbs. It's crazy good. But not to be outdone by the panko avocado and crab! Really fresh and tasty! And the burgers are done perfectly. Crispy charred on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. Oh, although they only have one dessert it is the bomb: a dark chocolate budino (that's Italian for "pudding") dressed with a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and flakes of sea salt. Off the chain killer ending to a great meal. Definitely worth checking out again and again. read more

Our favorite place for brunch and lunch in Eureka! I swear, if we lived here we would be broke because of this place. The servers are great, the food is consistent, and then menu choices are creative. Love Spring on Main! read more

Hot and hungry while shopping downtown, we looked for a place close by and came upon The Spring on Main. The stairs were a little challenging for my elderly mother, but we made it up to their cozy little spot on top. My mind was set on a burger, but before the server returned to take our order, I changed my mind to the Heirloom Tomato and Corn Salad to keep it a little light as we had more shopping to do -- and I'm so glad I did. That is one amazing and satisfying salad. To add, their tea was sweetened perfectly. IYKYK And I will be returning to finally get that burger. Someone at a table near us had ordered one and it looked absolutely delish! Tbc... read more

Horrible service could not even get the hostess to talk to people waiting to be seated. Open seating everywhere and she finally told the first two in line it would be about 15 min. This place is far from what it used to be. Customer service is a lost art here. read more

Everyone on the menu was fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything. Bring an appetite because portions are awesome. Lobster bisque was thin but very chunky with lobster. I would eat here everyday if I could! read more

The Spring is one of, if not, the best breakfast places to eat in Eureka Springs. The steak was tender, the eggs were cooked to perfection, & the brown sugar / onions made it top notch. If you are in town, you have to try this place. read more

If you are in town you need to come here. The food is great and the bartender is serving up some amazing drinks!

We tried to go here the day prior but decided to go somewhere else because of the wait. We came back the next day and our server was kind of rude. I work in the service industry I understand but making us wait 45 minutes just to get our cards back is disrespectful. By the time we left everyone else in the restaurant was gone and paid while we watched the server cleaning tables while we were waiting for our cards. The food was good but the service was terrible. read more

This place is awesome. We had lunch and were not disappointed. It was cool inside which is a plus. The waitress was the only one on the floor but she nailed it. Staff was nice and food was great. The shoestring fries are addicting! Give it a try people. read more

Just dropped in to check it out. We just had wine and a wonderful local beer on draft. Wait staff was very friendly and welcoming. We saw other patrons enjoying a charcuterie board and some of their special potion cocktails. You have to walk upstairs to enjoy the food and drink but it was a fun place. The dining area and bar isn't large but it was bright and cheerful. read more

We had a rough night. My son's grilled cheese didn't come out. About 10 minutes after we finished our meal, I went to the kitchen and got it myself. We had to ask for napkins and silverware after we got the food. The food didn't have much flavor. read more

Great location on the second floor above Main Street. Many of the tables look out onto the street below. We were seated towards the back so couldn't enjoy the view. What we did get to see is a lady in a camo onesie feeding her dog on the table, the chair, the floor, you name it. I don't think pets should be allowed in restaurants. You want to walk them, carry them into shops, put them in a shopping cart, so be it, but don't let them wander all around while others are trying to eat/drink. Food was very good, but service was slow going. Waiter seemed to only be able to handle one task at a time and had to go back and reset before moving on to the next task. read more

At first I wasn't sure what to expect since we weren't greeted on a very warm way- the man seemed too busy to really care about welcomes. Our actual server Jim was wonderful though, and provided a truly warm dining experience. I ordered the heirloom tomato and corn salad and WOW it was so good! The squash appetizer was also a major hit- I love squash but my family does not.. they liked this! We ended up coming for dinner a second time. I will say that it would be sooo much better if more restaurants would update their menu to reflect gluten-free options, and show more care and concern for those of us that actually suffer the consequences of hidden gluten in meals. The Spring could EASILY do this and they should, they have a lot of people traveling from all over and it would mean a lot to A LOT of people. I'll be coming back next time I'm in Arkansas! read more

Came here for dinner. Only reason this place isn't getting five stars because some of the food wasn't for us. The weight staff was incredibly friendly and discounted our ticket when he realized we didn't enjoy one of the items we had ordered. Beyond that our food was good, and so was the service and atmosphere. They had the windows open so you could feel a breeze but it wasn't over powering. Definitely worth a shot! read more

Dined here on a Friday night after driving into town for a weekend get away from KC and chose this place based on reviews. After seeing the inside, I didn't expect it to be great but the food was amazing! I ordered the miso glazed salmon and my husband ordered the steak, both of which arrived cooked perfectly to the temp we ordered (which I feel never happens)! The veg sides weren't just tossed on the plates as an after thought and both proteins had a nice crust. The front of house really did the kitchen a disservice, however. We didn't have a reservation but there were several open "reserved" tables when we arrived that we (nor the "reserving" parties) were sat at while we waited), so the seating system was a little off. We were also told that the bar was too full to get a drink while we waited... It seemed like there was only one server and the hostess was helping to take orders because they were understaffed but she was a little awkward, then the kitchen was running food because they were so in the weeds. Our salads came out with our entrees instead of before, and we waited forever on drinks/refills. read more

Great ambience and food! We enjoyed a bottle of wine and I loved the kimchi burger with egg and gochujang aioli! They were able to make it with a beyond burger, which is great for non-meat eaters! We LOVED this place! It's on the second floor of a building right off main street with windows that open to main, great breeze, great light, mid century atmosphere but the best part is the food!!! Local beer, great cocktail list. We had the smoked duck pastrami eggs benedict and the avocado toast with a side of millionaire bacon. It's $6 for two slices of bacon but BEST BACON EVER. The duck pastrami was off the charts good and the hollandaise sauce was light and lemony. Everything was packed with flavor. The avocado toast had roasted garlic gloves and the most delicious thick cut sautéed onions and fresh herbs. We tried the black ipa from Bentonville brewery and it was hoppy but also malty and balanced, GREAT beer. Service was great. We will be back! read more

Such a great brunch, the Florentine eggs Benedict were luscious, and the Hollandaise good & lemony. Also had a Salty Dog with pink grapefruit juice, which was a nice change. My go-to from now on. Service was really nice & friendly and the space is comfortable and sort of funky, which I like. Now I want to try lunch ... also, they have an outdoor deck that at a cooler time of year would be perfect for any meal. Thanks for a lovely experience. read more
