The Spring on Main had super quick service and everything our group ordered was great. I got the heirloom tomato and charred corn salad. All vegetables were super fresh and the buttermilk ranch was house-made and delicious! Everything was seasoned well and very fresh. Exciting to see eggs Florentine in eureka springs. I've lived here 9 years and this is first time I've found it on a menu in town and this one had perfectly cooked shiitake mushrooms on it. Everything we had was absolutely delicious (including the breakfast cocktails ), the service was exceptional and shockingly enough for a Sunday at 11am, we didn't have to wait for a table. That may not always be the case as I think this place is still a hidden , but it'll be worth the wait even if we have to queue up next time. read more

It was a little hard to find... two sets of stairs lead to the restaurant. Staff was very friendly . Atmosphere was calm and friendly. Our table was 'tippy' so my husband fixed it and the 'bartender' came over and thanked him I am gluten free and not much on menu could be converted BUT they had a great A La Carte menu for me to order off of! My husband had the brisket burger. All the food was wonderful. Only reason they didn't get a 5 is because our waitress never refilled my husbands soda... UPDATE: they don't grate for soda with a meal... so it felt wrong to down grade them for not refilling one!! read more

We sat outside and with the wind I'm not sure anyone should have sat that high up, as stuff kept blowing into our waters. It is also farther to the kitchen which made it tougher on our server than necessary. Needless to say the service was meh and the food was just okay. We stopped by the Spring because the menu looked good online. It's an upstairs restaurant on a busy Eureka Springs street. It's a quaint smaller establishment that didn't wow me when I walked in. Our waiter was great, very laid back but on the ball. We got the Panko Avocado and Crab for an appetizer. It was small but presentation was fantastic. 3 Avocado slices with a fair amount of crab on top. The flavors were more than I expected. The Avocado, crab, and lemon flavors are an exciting combination. I would recommend. I had the brisket burger with bacon and havarti for my main course, cooked medium. It was cooked a little less than medium, which I like and it was a very good burger. The brown sugar caramelized onions and house made pickles are game changers. The melted havarti and bacon tasted as good as they looked and the fries on the side are addictive. It was a damn good burger. If I lived here I'd be a regular. Oh, i forgot, the beer wasn't very cold but the burger made me forget that. read more

Jesus Christ. Let me set the scene: It is Memorial Day weekend. I brought my wife to Eureka for the first time in her life and we were turned away by long wait times at another place I've enjoyed for years, so we walked over the The Spring and were sat in 15 min. The menu is all killer, no filler. A handful of options for appetizers, salads, entrees and a delightfully extensive bar menu. Staff was friendly and service was prompt even in the dinner rush. I ordered the pork chop and my wife had the NY strip. the pork chop was absolutely fantastic, the broccolini and sweet potatoes on the side held their own flavor-wise without trying to be the star of the show. If you're not sitting down please prepare yourself accordingly because we're about to get into this piece of USA Beef. Absolute spectacle. To die for. Cooked to a perfect medium (wife's preference) (respectfully). Crust was perfect and the flavor of the meat was complimented best by the white miso sauce that came from the carrots, which were also great. We were having such a good time we sprung for the dessert; a chocolate mousse with whipped cream, olive oil and a pinch of salt over the top. All around great, love what y'all are doing and I plan on coming back on every trip in the future. read more

One error, new chef left lettuce and onions on a burger that were not sub posed to be there but we will not hold that against them. Our kids had a great time! At the end of the day, we all celebrated this as the best part of our day--everyone was friendly and kind. The chicken nuggets for the kids were a hit; they preferred them to the brisket burger. My husband and I got the last of a local IPA that was really yummy. Our waitress made the experience. She was a DOLL from Jasper, Arkansas! She was 5 stars!!! $35 pork chop that was not seasoned and covered in peppercorn. The broccolini had no flavor & the sauce was far too sweet for me. I loved their homemade dressing, it was great but the salad came with an overload of peppercorn and it ruined the flavors for me. The people next to us had a charcuterie board & it looked great. The burger one ordered had the whole restaurant smelling amazing. Just wasn't a fan of what we ordered. Hands down THE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE in Eureka Springs. We went for brunch on Sunday and were planning to leave the area Monday morning to head home and ended up extending our trip so we could eat there again for lunch on Monday. EVERYTHING was beyond expectation: food, service, cocktails, beers on tap. Our server was super friendly and engaging and knowledgeable about the menu options. The menu descriptions, although they sound pretty tasty, DO NOT do the dishes justice. Another plus is they take reservations and you can book them online. If you have more than a few in your group, I recommend reservations because the dining room is small and they will need to rearrange tables, but they were super accommodating to the larger groups while we were there.
