All of the staff is so nice and accommodating (even able to do virtual appointments when needed) and the therapists are fantastic....Super outgoing and fun, my son absolutely loves coming here. The waiting area is not crowded at all and is super spacious. We've been seeing Brandie and absolutely love her! She genuine, really outgoing and fun with my son and always has fun games and activities prepared for him to do as soon as he comes in. My toddler also came for a short time too (he graduated) and thought it was so much fun. Most importantly, my son's speech is so much better now:) highly recommend!

My only complaint is the turnaround my child has had in ABA BTs, but I don't necessarily think that's something that is Corticas fault, it seems like it's something general for the field, at all facilities. My child's Supervising staff has been great to work with. They LOVE their SLP, and they have really been enjoying OT, both of those services don't seem to have as high of a turnover, which is great. I have seen a lot of growth with my child. I think the quality of services is great and I appreciate that we can do everything all at 1 place.

I had a really disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this location. The…read morereceptionist made inappropriate comments about there being "too many Spanish speakers," which was not only unprofessional but also oftensive. Comments like that have no place in a business that serves a diverse community. I was really put off by the lack of basic courtesy from the receptionist at this location. From the moment I walked in, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever-not even a simple "good morning." It felt cold and unwelcoming, especially since the front desk is supposed to set the tone for the entire experience. A small greeting goes a long way in making people feel comfortable, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. I hope they can improve their customer service and remember that professionalism starts with simple, respectful interactions. Customer service should be respecttul, inclusive, and responsive-unfortunately, this location fell short on all three. I hope management addresses these issues seriously. We love it so much that my kids count days to go and see Sydney and Jenna. My daughter showed improvements after just one week of lessons with Sydney. We were told that it may be an impossible task, well Small Talk OC DID IT! They have the best educational toys, the best model of teaching kids and an absolutely exceptional therapist there. The facility is so clean and the set up is very convenient. It's set up in such a safe and private manner which is very important to me as a parent. I would travel hours just to see this team. She is adamant about signing all these documents but if you need to give any input on your child's well being it's frowned upon. If you do not agree to twice weekly lessons don't bother calling. They do not want to hear any feedback and she attempted to tell me she's not charging my credit card so I would not write a bad review. In addition, I asked how long it's expected to see results. I was hoping by end of summer and she responded "at least." Needless to say my card was stopped and I was incredibly disappointed with my overall experience.

The staff at Kidspeak and ACES will communicate/coordinate with each other on your child's goals/schedules. Ms. Trudy and Ms. Diane are supportive and compassionate. Because of Ms. Diane, I learned that my child had a unique method of language development -- no other speech therapy provider informed me about it. Also, my child's face lights up when I tell him that he has a speech therapy session with Ms. Trudy. He loves working with her. She uplifts him and makes the sessions fun!

He enjoys the activities, books, and games that are used to help him speak more words. His therapist, Trudy, is so patient with him and adjusts her lessons depending on what he is interested in doing each day, and she is diligent in tracking his progress. We've seen a couple clinicians here over the years and they've both been wonderful. Our daughter's speech journey has taken some surprising twists and turns and the team here has always been encouraging, supportive, and willing to collaborate with additional supports we've had to put in place. They are incredibly focused on what will provide the best outcome for the child, and as a parent, that means the world! We love SpeechLink, and will miss them!

I can't say enough good things about CDC and Megan especially. My son has been seeing Miss Megan…read moresince he was 1.5 and I think I was a bit more nervous about it than he was. Megan was so great with both of us. She allowed me to sit in on more sessions than their policy states and only when I was ready did she take my son back by himself. She made me feel like she was my partner in navigating the whole speech thing. When I can't make it to take him to his appointments, she'll send videos of his progress and a little note. My son loves going to see her and doesn't want to leave the wait area afterwards! Jody, the owner, is also extremely kind and cares about all the kids and parents in her program. When a member of the staff was going to go on maternity leave and some of her responsibilities were going to be passed on to our therapist, Jody emailed me directly to make sure I was comfortable with switching my son's teacher. I expressed some concerns (he was very shy and just loved Megan at this point) and Jody quickly assured me they'd work around my son and my concerns. I can't tell you how wonderful it was for me that they went above and beyond to accommodate us. All of the people at CDC are truly incredible and will love on your child while they help them grow. CDC is a great resource and we're so happy to have found them!

We started out seeing Miss Allison, who is phenomenal, but due to scheduling switched to Miss Mary, who is exceptional. The whole staff really cares about the progress my son is making. They are out of network with our insurance, but we love them so much, we pay the difference. Our sons progress is well worth the difference in price.

Valued Voices' client service is disappointing: no respect to customer's time…read more We have arrived to the 1st practical session. We arrived on time and have been waited for 20 mins near room - nothing was happening, no one welcomed us or guided us. To our surprise, later we received a message from an administrator claiming we had missed our appointment and offering to reschedule it. But during these 20 mins of waiting no no one attempted to contact us and let us know that we are waiting in a wrong place! In addition to time wasted, it also disrupted my child's mood - we had to take him from playing with friends for nothing. My advice to Valued Voices: be more respectful to the time of your clients. Time=value!
