I stopped here on my way to the airport. The croissant was delicious and I got the Pain au chocolat. The server at the counter was very nice and the bakery had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend this bakery!

Stopped by here for lunch, we were absolutely starving and in deep desire for just a sandwich. We got the croque mousier and the ham and cheese on a baguette. There was one lady running the whole store and it was very busy to our surprise. There was cute outdoor and indoor seating, but a very small intimate space. Both of the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. So happy we stumbled upon this place.

We went for their quiche but we loved everything else other than the quiche. The lox bagel was delicious and this is what I imagined palmer would taste like in Paris. I also love the location of this spot, which is located in a closed off street with quaint cafes everywhere. Recommend for a quick breakfast bite.

If you are looking for a delicious slice of quiche, look no further. I popped in with a friend for a little breakfast and we split a slice with tomato and feta. After one bite I immediately wished I had ordered a whole slice for myself. The service was friendly and quick. Don't miss this spot.

My easy dinner was simply scrumptious. Loved both tranches. We had a convo about difference b/t tarte aux pommes and the Breton tarte tatin. Easy in and out in the 6th. Just use SVP---a lot! It will get you by....

I only had two eclairs here, but I was so impressed by their selection and the warm welcome by one of the employees here. I hope I will get to try more of their goodies the next time I visit.

A perfect place to grab you food and site outdoors as it is perfect for people watching. We stopped here on our first day in France and tried a baguette sandwich, their chocolate cake and some gelato. Every one of the food items we picked were simple but tasted great. The latte could have been more hot. The baguette sandwich was nice and crunchy with high quality cheese inside!! Gelato were a hit as they tasted awesome... All together it was an enjoyable outdoor lunch experience.

Very good little cafe in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. You can seat outside and watch people passing by. As you can see on the picture, they give you a lot of food. And most importantly, it's very good. I got a lunch menu for 10 euros. For this menu you can choose between croques monsieurs or all the quiches they have. For me, I opted for the quiche lorraine, a bottle of water and a quiche lorraine.

Palmiera indeed truly Amazing. Crunchy buttery sugary. Excellent . It's really just a butter super crunchy cookie (not flaky, the flaky ness helps on it becoming cookie like) My luggage is stuffed w a few. Ok ok my carry on. These won't make it past the airport. They are going straight to my belly. Definitely very addictive The cafe is small Beautiful quiches, salads, sandwiches, cakes, cookies, croissant (very good!), financiers, pan du chocolat... they are well equipped for your petit dejeuner or lunch Most things vary from 5-9eu Palmier is 2.9eu

My husband & stumbled upon this bakery when we were last in France, and came back in 2 more times in the same trip! It was probably my favorite place to eat the whole time we were there. The staff is so patient & kind, especially considering our lack of ability to speak French. The pastries are so delicious, and we loved the sandwiches we ate just as much! We'll definitely return on our next trip to Paris! (The only thing I'd note is that there is very little seating or very much room at all - so be aware of that if you go during peak dining hours! but then again, that goes for just about any cafe in Paris ;)

I leniently give them 3 stars, because they are located in a tourist area of Paris, and because they can do what they do. The marinated herring with onions, sweet pepper slices and bay leaf were delicious. The sandwiches were delicious, too, but although the bread and ingredients were seemingly fresh, the sandwiches were pre-made for take-away. So, the sandwiches were a bit soggy inside, and limp on the crusts. I suppose a sandwich/deli shop in a tourist area must be prepared for hordes of hungry, impatient customers who don't care or can't tell if the sandwiches are made-to-order or pre-made. Unfortunately, I do. That's why my mom and wife think I'm so darn finicky.

My favorite coffee spot in Paris. The place is small and quaint, designed for outdoor sitting. Located in the heart of 16th district... perfect break from walking. Amazing pastries and good coffee.

Rude, Rude, Rude. The middle aged man who waited on us in line was so impatient, then dismissive, then walked away.

Simple hearty food, kiche, salads and (small) hot dogs. Bier was also good, decent prices. Sit down and watch the people go by.

Another great boulangerie. This place is slightly larger than the one down the street with a…read moreslightly wider selection. It gets a cheaper rating but I thought the prices were very comparable to the other boulangeries in the neighborhood.Again they had great croissants (I tried them at every boulangerie we visited) and their large macaron "sandwiches" were also delicious (although not my MOST favorite of the ones we tried in Paris). This place was also just a few steps from our apartment so we visited it a lot as well. None of the women that served us during the week spoke English but again, you don't need much in a boulangerie. The service was always friendly and efficient. Often this place was busy but service was quick. No outdoor seating, and they were open until 8pm which was awesome. Later in the day you'll find that pastries and bread are not as fresh but even though we got macaron "sandwiches" at 7pm and they seemed a little damp from the fresh fruit in them, the taste was delicious. The outer shells of the macarons were slightly tough but the overall texture wasn't bad. the berries (we tried frambriose and fraise, or raspberry and strawberry) were incredibly fresh and tasty. I'm sure if we had purchased them earlier in the day they would have been even better. We also had the coffee eclairs and they were amazing!!! I don't care that much for eclairs as I do no like the type of bread used for them, but these were good enough that I'd get them again. The filling was rich and the coffee taste was outstanding.
