I first found Kristin through a Living Social Deal, and that was several years ago. Now there is a fight over who gets to use their certificates in our house. My husband, son, and I all go see Kristin for our facials. My only complaint is that I don't go more often! She has a very easy online system to schedule your appointments. Even if I don't schedule the right facial, she will adjust it when you talk to her. She has always been on time, and the room is always clean and fresh smelling. I came in for micro and a facial. Kristen was excellent in her work on my skin! I can honestly say it was probably one of the best facials I've ever had. I love extractions and enjoy it when esteticians really do a thorough job extracting all the nasty stuff out of my face. I would say the only difficult part to work around was my eyelash extensions. I know it made it a tad bit challenging because Kristen didn't want to mess with them. But overall everything was great and I loved the amount of time she really took with me. I too really wanted to like Kristen. She worked hard at creating an inviting and warm space. However, I must warn people that I don't believe she understands skin care completely. I have been to Kristin twice now, as have my two teenage sons. I have only had one or two facials elsewhere, but they were inferior. While other places basically massage and clean your skin, Kiristin goes the extra mile, especially if you need extractions. She was able to remove small millia, hard white bumps under my skin, and really did a great job on my son's blackheads. Of course it hurts a little, she has to apply pressure to get those suckers out, but no pain, no gain. I would just advise a customer to use common sense and speak up if the pressure is too much. She is not a mind reader and everyone's tolerance is different, just like for a massage. Some like hard pressure and some just like a little back rub. I also like that I am supporting a small business, as opposed to a big chain spa, or a place that might take advantage of illegal workers. And Kristin runs specials frequently, for those like me who would love to come more often but are on a tight budget. She does not draw you in with a special and then say deals are for new customers only. Thanks, Kristin, for another job well done! read more

Went with a groupon for a European facial with Kristen. The location is great, easy to find and lots of parking. Her place is so cute and cozy inside. I really like her set up, relaxing ocean waves and birds in the background and a heated comfy bed to lay on, inspirational messages everywhere. She has such a gentle and soothing touch. I rarely fall asleep even during massages but I was very close to snoring a few times...Thats how relaxed and awesome it felt! I will def be coming back to her in about a month! read more

I've never had so much trouble setting an appointment then I have going through here. I tried several times contacting her through here for her to respond and ask for my number in which I've given her twice and still no call back. At this point I don't even trust leaving my face in her hands. I had gotten a gift certificate for Christmas from my friend. I gave the gift certificate back because I refuse to support this business. I would rate it serious stars but u have to put at least one.
