So I called again and the voice mailbox was full. So, i tried again about two days later and left another message ( it let me leave one this time so I know she had cleared her inbox) 3 weeks later I was tired of waiting. I contacted Groupon and they tried to get a hold of her and after failed attempts on Groupons part they gave me a full refund. When she finally called me back, she made it seem like my problem and said it was because things fell between the cracks. She said if I was late she would invalidate my coupon which would prevent me from using it or getting a refund. I showed up 15 min early and she was 20 min late. The salon owner/manager where she was at then told me that was normal/happened often. She finally started the service and kept complaining about how many people bought so many coupons and that she made so little money from it. She then kept trying to up sell me additional services and refused to do part of the service, dermabrasion, as it wasn't allegedly appropriate for my skin. Considering that Ive had many facials over the years and not a single esthetician ever said this, i find it questionable. There are so many other options for facials/skin care other than this business, that those should be considered long before going here. There is nothing that would ever make me consider ever going back And to get a snotty "I dont remember this" repeated twice response is indicative of the bad attitude. I remember it, remember the bad attitude and the terrible service. It's around the holiday and I have a lot going on with work and school. I really appreciate Ana taking the time to reach out and follow up to get me in. My brows came out amazing they are EVERYTHING that I wanted AND MORE! The service that she provided for me was a touch-up and correction to my previously tattooed eyebrows.
