When a server finally approached our table, the interaction was severely lacking in basic professional etiquette: * No greeting was offered. * No menus (drink or food) were provided. * The only opening line was an abrupt inquiry: "Are you ready to order?" These omissions suggest a fundamental lack of staff training in business etiquette and basic customer service procedures. A proper initial interaction should involve a warm welcome, an introduction of the server, and the immediate presentation of menus. Operational and Marketing Misalignment A major deficiency is the misalignment between the bar's online presence and its current operational reality. The website prominently states, "DRINK. EAT. VISIT.," creating an expectation that a food menu is available. We were informed by the server that the cook had quit and no food items were available. Good restaurants know that service recovery matters just as much as the meal itself. A sincere apology and an effort to correct the issue would have gone a long way. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. Guests spend their hard-earned money here and should feel valued, especially when celebrating important occasions.

If last resort still go somewhere else. Owner, Jeff, is a psycho drunk. He has no personal bounds and randomly turns on people for no reason. The bar always smells and heaven forbid you have to use the restroom. The experience of having roaches falling from the ceiling and climbing the stalls is beyond disgust. Bar has been known for extremely unfair and treatment to customers but survives solely on the fact selection of entertainment in the area is lacking. Be careful of some of the crowd you meet there. The staff knows of the thievery that occurs and side with these criminals everytime there rises an issue with them and those they steal from. Too much can be stated about the unprofessional means this establishment conducts business and the horrible experiences many have had there that its best to just state "AVOID THE SILVER FOX ALLTOGETHER!" read more

So I went out to this bar to see a friend of mine who bartends there. Upon my arrival, I order a drink. The bartender hands it to me. Immediately after, I assume a customer is arguing with her. Come to find out it's the owner, short guy with what I assume is little man sindrome, is the owner. He's in the corner, drinking with a friend, yelling out loud how she isn't doing her job, which clearly she was, almost bringing her to tears. What owner does this? Obviously, little man sindrome guy. As bad as we, as customers what to say something, we didn't. Needless to say, I will never spend another dollar in that place. Oh yeah, the place is overpriced for the location as well. Don't support a business owner who treats his staff like garbage. Owner - "I give you the chance of a lifetime to work here." Just a nice dive bar with good beer and an environment. The bartenders are nice and they have a nice outdoor patio are with light and lots of seating. They do occasional food night for good prices.
