Beef & Blue salad - roast beef, blue cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, tomatoes and croutons over lettuce. I chose blue cheese dressing...

This is the same owners and same restaurant as The Village Butcher. The Butcher burned down. A few months later Jim & Summer Gaskin re-opened a few doors down (same side of the street) as The Shop Eatery. The restaurant is larger than the Village Butcher, has seating inside, and they are now open for breakfast in addition to lunch. I had been going to The Village Butcher for years, it's nice to see them re-open in this new location! If you are not a fan of parallel parking (I hate it, personally), then go down the alley right by the restaurant and park in the community parking lot behind their building... Great food at more than fair prices. My personal favorite is anything they make that includes their roast beef, but I've never had a bad meal there. They are very accommodating -- you can build your own sandwich or salad in addition to the ever-changing daily specials.

    Bbq chicken flatbread. Very yummy!

5 Stars - A small town gem with heartfelt service!…read more My son came home from college recently, and all he wanted was empanadas and Spanish rice--a taste of home he'd been missing. We had a special occasion to celebrate, so I reached out to Casa De Empanadas to inquire about their catering menu. I hadn't realized they were closed for Memorial Day, and I figured we'd have to make other plans. To my surprise, they didn't just respond--they went above and beyond. Even though they were closed, they asked what I needed and made arrangements so I could pick up the food on Memorial Day. And the food? Absolutely delicious. The empanadas were perfectly crisp and packed with meat, and the Spanish rice was just the comfort food we were hoping for. It made our celebration feel even more special. Casa De Empanadas isn't just about great food--they showed me it's about people who care. I can't recommend them enough. 5 Stars - A small town gem with heartfelt service! Just a…read moreshort stroll from our #WedgwoodInn B&B , we enjoyed our pre- theater brunch / lunch prior to attending @Cat on a Hot Tim Roof at the #BucksCountyPlayhouse Our innkeepers suggested we let our server know our thoughts megrame for the matinee & the service was prompt & professional. The historic stone restaurant was very impressive. The Hugh Walk/In fireplace dating back to the 1700s was very impressive as were the old exposed wood beams and floors. Glad we could keep our car parked @Wedgwood Inn cause this restaurant has no onsite parking! Sleep at Wedgwood Inn and walk t/o #NewHope

5- stars for the food, location & ambiance. This is why we keep going back, and honestly? We'll…read moreprobably go back again, but buyer needs to beware. Each time we return I am met with a 1-2 star review feeling based on cost / billing / and service I just can't shake. Go for the food. Stay because you get left for untold amount of time. Service is slow. We've been there 4 times and 1 time service was amazing. This last time we went, we were sat a table that was not a dinner table. I think it was an ill sized coffee table with a table cloth on it. The adults knees were above the table and the kids were sat in a couch that hit the floor. No mention or thought was given to who was sitting in this ridiculous makeshift table. Finally and the reason I was compelled to write a review - watch your bill. You have to put a downpayment down for reservations and 1x I went this was not deducted from my bill - I should have checked of course before I left, but last time I did not and had to go back and forth a few times to get my money back. And finally, soft drinks / lemonade. Glasses are small, packed with ice and when the server asks "do you want another drink" - he doesn't mention it will be nearly 5 dollars for minute maid lemonade. When you are (gladly) spending nearly 30 dollars for a burger to then have to spend 5 bucks a soft drink that is clearly understood as a free refill is a bummer. Hunched over celebrating my birthday this year - hit with a silly bill $20+ in lemonade - left to sit with no check in for a silly amount of time. There are some small changes to service and experience that would make this place a true 5 star event.

The Salt House - The burger to end all burgers. If French Onion soup and the best burger ever made a baby, this is the baby you'd want to eat.
