It seems like 99 times out of 100 I can get the item cheaper at Menard's, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, or on-line. I will definitely check out some of the open sew times and other classes. I also love the "rewards" program. I always have a couple of bucks I can throw towards my next purchase. They do carry some interfacing, foam and notions, but with the loss of Joann I'd love to see more (more thread for sure, more zippers and thingamabobs). And more evening hours!

We're talking 40x40x40 at least - that's a f'n big box let me tell you. Stephanie went out of her way to help me find a box. But a box that big is just not easy to find. Peter had a great suggestion of taking packing material which appliances come in, salvaging used boxes, and creating my own box from those. Perfect solution. Daniel and Stephanie helped round up some boxes and consolidated them into an easy way to transport across the store. Stephanie had another great suggestion of using double sided carpet tape to stick the boxes together. Awesome. Not only does Menards have a great selection of products, but at this location they have great people too! One of multiple positive experiences I've had at this Menards.
