Happy hours every Thursday form 10:30-4:00
Rosy T.

I have tried their happy hour on Thursday, only $79 for one hour head scalp treatment. I really enjoyed it. I felt so relaxed and my hair/scalp were so clean! I will definitely come back.

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl! Can't wait to be back!

Having an expiration date on the card goes against this law and I will be filing a complaint with the California consumer protection agency against this business. I called to let them know about this and they claimed they could not survive in business if they honored the gift card. How is that possible if I pre-paid for a massage, did not get the service, and now they have my money? How can they run a business without knowing basic law concerning businesses? I will never return here but will be getting my money back one way or another. Attached are their exact text messages to me after our phone call.

By April 2025 my last visit, I experienced facial burns after a red-light treatment was left on for an extended period. As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. They tried selling me a $3000 red light wand I'd have to use every day so I could really see a difference. I declined. I've seen no change in my neck. (But did get a compliment on my skin the next day!) I wish they would advertise this for what it actually is- a facial. I originally did a one star review for what felt like false advertising and an esthitician who insulted me by what I use on my face (Tallow). I got a call shortly after by (I'm assuming) the manager. He asked if he refunded my money would I agree to change my Yelp rating to a 4 star. I agreed and got my refund while we were still on the phone, and I changed my review. I'm now updating it to add more detail so others are aware of how this business does things. I'm happy with the nice (overpriced in my opinion) facial, the call and refund, but their advertising is all wrong and I didn't get what I went in for. I'd make it a one star but I did get a refund and am happy that they made it right. Sadly, I know I'm not the only one this has happened too. Others have reached out to me since my review and said they had similar experiences.

I came in for a 50-minute deep tissue massage this past Sunday (not my first visit, been to BW multiple times and by far my favorite visit) - and I say this having recently experienced massages at two other highly-rated luxury spas in the last 5 weeks, one in Santa Fe and one in Guanacaste, Costa Rica - Navid's was by far one of the best I've had in a very long time. What sets him apart starts with his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and wonderfully reverent - you feel at ease the moment you're in his care. But it's his technical skill that truly elevates the experience. His touch, pressure, and precision are A+. Every movement felt intentional, every pressure point felt considered. This wasn't just a massage - it was therapeutic artistry. I left feeling genuinely restored and felt wonderful afterwards. And one more thing - he mentioned that his skills truly come to life in a 90-minute session, and after experiencing just 50 minutes, I have absolutely no doubt. That is already on my calendar. His name, Navid, means 'Good News' - and I can't think of a more perfectly appointed name for someone who delivers exactly that, one massage at a time. Thank you, Navid!

Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. A few weeks after booking, the spa called asking if I could switch to a Friday. When I explained that my appointment was for Saturday and that this was an error on their end, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite providing zero written or email confirmation when the booking was made, they blamed me for their administrative mistake and charged my card anyway. Blaming the customer for a clear scheduling error on their own team is pathetic customer service. The management here is terrible, and I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

However, this most recent interaction has made me rethink this. I got a massage and it was wonderful. They had thoughtful touches, including brushing my hair back, massaging my ears, wiping down the massage oils so I don't finish all oily, and they expertly found knots in my shoulder and even got a few good cracks. I was incredibly satisfied, especially for the price point. I was so impressed that after I was done, I asked the front desk to book an appointment for my husband later that week. I thought it was odd when the lady handed me a scrap of paper and so I just wrote down the date I wanted the massage and the time I wanted it (5:30). She looked at it, handed it back to me, and said that she wanted my phone number. That's fine. It was more odd that they didn't ask for a name and I got no proof of confirmation sent to me at all. I just assumed good faith and went on my way. The day comes that my husband comes in and they tell him he has no reservation. Then, they tell him that the reservation was for 1:30 even though I specifically wrote it on a piece of paper for them. They ask him when I came in and my phone number and they still said they didn't have a reservation. They found someone to take him but they were upset with him. That was especially upsetting to me. His massage went well, but they did not offer any kind of apology for the misunderstanding and even had the audacity to ask for a tip. I was so excited to share this place with my loved ones but I think I will bring them elsewhere.
