I contacted this company along with a few others to get quotes, left voicemails for other companies that yelp suggested I spoke with people who said they would contact me back. Mummys Day Off was the only company that returned my call in like 5 minutes from my initial call.. I am so glad they called me back because the housekeeper Maria was very nice, very friendly, very detailed and she did it all with a smile.. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny.. Even nail techs confirm appointments.. In the beginning his company provided great service but then they got comfortable... Tried to speak with Kara about the extra service charges and paid $1200 for one week because I have foster cats. This entails scooping two extra litter boxes. Also the employee has broken two of my vacuums and all these issues were never communicated to me even though I would text every day. I'm A photographer whose been styling my own clients for 18 years but I thought it would be fun to get a few outfits without the stress and time of shopping. Some outside input. I paid $1000 for 5 "head to toe" virtual looks/links/outfits and 2 phone calls. The phone calls were...cute. Included her picking my brain for business advice for her business. Basically chit chats that were mostly about her. I was asked to send measurements and create a Pinterest board, which I did both promptly. While she is sweet in demeanor, and very cute and smiley and good at social media, she takes forever to deliver anything. Scratch that. She never delivers. Even the refund *she offered me* (see screenshot) is way past due and now she appears to be ghosting me. I checked social media to make sure she's not in the hospital or something, and she appears to be fine and dandy, partying, planning Paris trips and continuing as usual with promotions/grifts. Honestly I am perplexed, why anyone would screw over someone who has promoted them a considerable amount (and for free) from only the goodness of their hearts and in trust. I'm hearing though from others that I may not be alone is this regard, as far as her under-delivering and trying to get away with it. She also created a lot of homework for me to deliver that she barely even glanced at. The whole idea was to save some time and get some cute outfits, or rather, any outfits at all. Not a one. On the phone I had to practically beg her just to tell me a few brands to check out, the phone calls were so wildly unproductive and off-topic. I was willing to overlook that, if she actually had delivered really *anything* I'm now questioning my own judge of character and wondering if Elissa Williams isn't a stylist at all but rather a grifter. I guess a celebrity stylist with no visible celebrities should have sent up red flags. This is of course only my opinion of my direct personal experiences, but I really do wonder who else is being taken by this business. You can see from my other reviews that I really prefer to write only good reviews.
