How much do you charge per hour? I'm primarily needing to declutter my apartment and clean out or scale down my storage unit.

We charge $110 per hour per person during the week and $140 on the weekends

    Selling Your Estate

Our family inquired with Claudio and Maggie to do an estate sale about two weeks ago. Claudio…read morereached out to me in less than a minute after receiving my message, and they came out to the house same day to meet with us, and contracted with us for this past weekend. While it seemed like the estate sale might present a challenge as being furniture focused, Claudio, Maggie and their team completely blew expectations out of the water. The sale was well advertised and heavily attended, and the 6000 sqft house was almost picked clean by the end of the sale. Not only were they excellent with sales, but also extremely kind and respectful. Friends of ours that attended the sale were highly complimentary. Claudio and Maggie made what could have been a very difficult and emotional process easy and fun with their professionalism, knowledge, communication, honesty, fair pricing, kindness, and sense of humor. We are sincerely grateful for them, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to have an estate sale. Thank you Claudio and Maggie for everything, we truly appreciate you!

Very mean. I picked out a few items, including a Christmas ornament that was marked at $1. However,…read morewhen I went to check out, the man changed his mind and said it was $5. Not sale, asked me if I want or not. There was also a kid book. I asked another man with hat earlier and he told me it was $1, but at checkout another man said it was $2. It's very funny, it's only $1, but this is not about money, it about honesty. I told him that the man said is $1, this was not my responsibility, check price tag, I was ask him friendly to confirm, but he got angry and threatened me by keep saying, "Take it or leave it." So I chose to leave. Very mean guy. As a businessman, this kind of behavior shows a lack of integrity. The lady is nice. But his guy has some attitude. Tbh, I mean If you don't want to sell, don't mark it. I wish this man Have a GREAT Christmas. Is being nice illegal for you? I did not behave rudely, nor did I give anyone a "hard time." Your guy give me and baby a hard time. Is that because I'm Asian? I raised a legitimate concern because items that were clearly marked or verbally quoted at $1 were changed to higher prices when I'm at checkout. Pointing out inconsistent pricing is not negativity -- it is basic consumer fairness. I did not argue, threaten, or harass anyone. When I was told "take it or leave it," I chose to leave. Personal insults and accusations are unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm with my baby. when I walked out, the other customers commented: "mean guy." People witnessed it. Ask if true or not. I don't know where you heard it?Or you made up? But be honest. Is that really about $1? I wish you well. Your characterization of me as "pathetic" and a "pill" is unacceptable and constitutes a personal attack rather than any legitimate critique of my actions. If you disagree with my feedback, you may express that disagreement professionally and factually. Resorting to name‑calling undermines your credibility and does not change the substance of the experience I described. Checking your reviews, people have same impressions about you- RUDE and NOT FRIEDNLY. Clam your mind, man.
