If I had to best describe the Tree House Arcade, I'd sum it up as - when Dave n' Busters meets…read moreChuck E. Cheese. Because it's an arcade about the size of the latter (perhaps smaller) with vibes that appeal to Gen-X gamers. Also, they don't feature a food menu...unless the candy behind the ticket station counts. Now, if you're into the classics the aforementioned generation of kids enjoyed back in the day, we've got greats like Pac-Man, Pac-Woman, Galaga, Space Invaders, and more! Not to mention my all time favorite kinesthetic game: SKEE-BALL!! They even have an updated 3D version of Space Invaders; though, I'd highly recommend anyone with epilepsy to skip this one. So, for those not in the know, everything payment wise is digital for the most part. You can purchase your play pass cards at any of the kiosks near the entrance. The tickets you earn from each game are also digital. I mention this because it's a concept wifey nearly missed at first (we're among the generation accustomed to receiving paper tickets from the slot). My most minor complaint about this place, however, is the pricing of the games. Interval wise, they seem almost random. Like, why couldn't they at least round everything off to the nearest dollar? Just make games range from $1.00, $1.50, $2.00, etc. Instead, you get all the old school games for 75 cents. Skee-Ball was a buck 25 for some reason. And some games seemed a bit steep for what they were offering. Bowling was $2.50, though I must admit, it's quite an addicting game. Yeah, overall...not a bad way to kill some time if you're waiting on a rez, event, or whatever. But I agree with others when they said this arcade is quite pricey. I realize inflation's a thing but GEEZ! They have different package levels to choose from when selecting your play pass. But you'd be surprised how quickly one can burn through $50 worth of games. Tree House Arcade is worth 4 games of Galaga out of 5.

This couldn't have been a worse experience! Everything was filthy, sticky, slimy, and out of order…read more They let the kids run absolutely wild. Never again.

It is an easy place to spend a few hours with friends, and the spacious layout offers something for just about everyone. While I still enjoy visiting, I noticed that one part of the arcade has changed significantly compared to previous visits. The biggest disappointment was the claw machine section. Many of the machines now seem to rely heavily on payout settings rather than consistent claw strength, making it feel like luck and persistence matter more than skill. I also noticed that a number of the prizes have shifted toward lower-value items like packaged snacks and small novelty prizes instead of the plushes and collectibles that originally drew me to play. Because of that, I found myself spending less time on the crane games than I used to. The rest of the arcade remains the strongest part of the experience. There is still an excellent selection of video games, including Japanese rhythm games, racing games, and other arcade classics that are difficult to find elsewhere. Bowling, billiards, and karaoke also provide plenty of entertainment, making it easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening here without relying on the prize machines. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and large enough that it rarely feels cramped, even when it gets busy. Staff kept the space organized throughout my visit, and everything outside of the claw machine area felt like it was running smoothly. Overall, Round1 at Danbury Fair Mall is still a fun destination for arcade games, bowling, and group outings. While I no longer recommend it as strongly for claw machine enthusiasts, it remains a great place to enjoy the wide variety of games and activities the venue has to offer.

I would definitely go to check out the arcade! The little food area was so dirty. There was no organization and tables were left with all types of trash. There is a kiosk where you order your food if you don't want to wait in line to order and you can pick it up from the front. There was no paper to get a ticket for the food. When we went to pick up our food, we waited for almost an hour to get our food. People who were there after us were getting their food so I went to ask what was going on and literally 5 mins later we got our food. It wasn't great. The fries were good. The chicken fingers and the mozzarella sticks tasted plain and unseasoned. There is also alcohol served with one drink per ID. I will be coming back since the arcade was really fun but not for the food.

I was genuinely excited about participating in the Holiday Market at Sonny's Place. I toured the grounds with one of their ambassadors, discussed my accessibility needs, and was told they'd help me secure a comfortable setup. I even took the time to alert their team about scam posts on Facebook from people pretending to collect vendor fees--trying to protect their community. Instead of being met with professionalism or gratitude, I was removed as a vendor without explanation. No courtesy call, no clarity, nothing but dismissive behavior from Mackenzie, the person handling vendor relations. After everything I shared and the effort I put in, her response made it clear how poorly these events are managed. To make matters worse, the building itself is not ADA accessible, which violates the basic principles of ADA Title III. As a full-time wheelchair user, that alone speaks volumes. Equal access should never be an afterthought. I came in with good faith, ready to create something beautiful for families and children. Instead, I left disappointed, stressed, and honestly shocked at how little care was given to accessibility or communication. Vendors--especially those of us in the disability community--should think twice before signing up. Avoid the headache and the heartache. You deserve better than this.

We got the sampler platter and pizza, both were surprisingly good. Nothing fancy or Michelin-level, but enjoyable. The layout was awkward. The seating is tables and chairs instead of booths, which makes it hard to hang out, and there's no space to store shoes under the table. The tables are staggered, so when we arrived the group next to us was sitting at our table, which caused a domino effect of people swapping seats and walking through each other's space. This made food delivery to your lanes confusing -- instead of asking for lane numbers, staff were basically auctioning off food table to table. The arcade was minimal at best. It was fine, but probably not somewhere we'd rush back to. Spare Time is still better overall, in my opinion.

The location has go karts, a pool table, arcade, a batting cage and axe throwing stations. The axe throwing stations needed some attention the wood was highly damaged. The ceiling was also pretty low and the axes sometimes hit it which was scary. The employee who took us to the area demonstrated quickly how to throw the axe. He did not explain all the rules or games available. He went and came quickly. I've gone to one axe throwing location before where they took the time to check you in and explain more of the games available. We didn't try any other activities. Originally I had purchased a groupon, but saw they had Friday night specials on their website that fit our needs better. There were no concessions just a vending machine, not sure on the policy if you can bring your own food. You can BYOB for a fee. I probably won't return to this business as it's far from my home and although it had many offerings the fun vibe was just laking. The place was empty. The employees assisted us minimally. It was just lackluster overall.
