whoever that lady Lori is was rude and inattentive to our needs as diners. after a horrible experience sitting down and eating mediocre food, it took her 40 minutes to get our beers! finally after all this, i see everyone else cleaning for the end of shift and she's nowhere to be found but as we're going to our car i see her just sitting outside vaping! this is completely unprofessional and i will NOT be returning. read more

I've been in several times over the years and had great experiences in the past. The upkeep of their tables and equipment is far superior to other places I've been so I wanted to bring my fiancé in to teach him to play. HOWEVER when we stopped in on a Friday night a couple weeks ago we encountered two girls that are EXTREMELY rude. I think their names are Skyler and Tanya. While waiting for a table I witnessed them snap at customers for ordering food and drinks. Apparently the CUSTOMERS were interrupting whatever the girls were watching on their phone. They even told one gentleman to "go away". I don't know if they're new, but I don't recall even seeing them before. They look very young. The building was packed anyway, although I'm not sure why, so we decided to head elsewhere. I wanted to give them another chance so we stopped in this past Wednesday for ladies night. All was well. Phew! Maybe they were let go! We went back again on Saturday with some friends. A very nice older lady got our table set up and we were having a blast playing. Later in the evening I went up to order more beers and immediately changed my mind after seeing Tanya and witnessing her yet again reprimanding a customer for being "too needy" then SHE WALKED AWAY LAUGHING!! The lady working with her quickly approached him and took his order, but I was so appalled that we immediately asked to pay our tab, and made our way to the door before we became her next victims. I'm not sure if I'll go back. I may have to start calling ahead to see who's working. read more

We have been here a few times to play pool, its a big hall with plenty of tables, and it is kind of pricey for pool, considering you can go down the road to any bar and play $0.50- $1.00 a game, where as you'll spend $20 for a few hours of pool with 4 people. If you want strictly pool, go here rather than a bar where you can get bumped and bothered. They have a full bar here too, but it gets expensive. The food is ok. We also took our nephew here twice for parties in the arcade. Half the skiball games do not work, there isnt enough balls, or they don't give tickets. Then if you go have the employees weigh the tickets they rip you off, so count them first. Our nephew had 120 tickets, we counted twice and wrote them down, and they said after weighing he only had 80 tickets!! We complained and gave him 100. What a rip off. The toys you get are crap too. Go to Chuck E Cheese's for arcades. read more

One of the few actual pool halls left in the area, and for a reason. This place has lived through the down turn of pool halls and arcades. The table are well maintained, they have a well stocked bar, and an OK food selection. The arcade is getting dated and could use some updates, but overall serves its function. Went to the arcade because when we got here they said there was only 30 minutes left in the pool hall so we hit up the arcade. 95% of the games don't even work; foosball ate our money, basketball ate our money, Jurassic Park only works 1 player - 2nd player part ate our money and the DDR machine is broken on one side and ate our money. Wouldn't suggest using their arcade.... ever. read more

Perfect place to go to while I was attending college and being under 21 it was a great place to hang out. Arcades, music, food, great tables, and near by lots of other restaurants. Now I live in the area and it's a great place to meet the people that go there. read more

Nice, friendly staff. Lots of tables for pool plus arcade games. My husband plays pool here twice sometimes three times a week and really enjoys playing there except for one, only ONE little problem! My husband drinks Mezcal Monte Alban! Since he can't drink the other stuff he's been drinking there, at $15.20 for a 375ml bottle, you would think they would stock it! This is a low key place to shoot with the best. The owner is in the Hall of Fame and they have free group lessons Sat 12-2. Also offer leagues, pool and darts, and great service. Arcade games for kids, great merchandise. Best of all, $$$ tournaments. read more

I have very fond memories of this place. I spent a large portion of my late teenage years and early twenties here. The billiard tables are very well maintained. Prices (for both billiards and alcohol) are very reasonable. And perhaps most importantly, they maintained the largest functional video arcade in the area... long after every other one had gone the way of the dinosaur. Not sure if it's still as awesome as it once was, since I haven't been there in a while. They used to have a working Robotron 2084 machine, a couple of Neo Geo units, along with a few other classics. The girls that work here R really cool n funny ! They make you feel welcomed. They have over 20 pool tables. Loads of Pool sticks that are included with the fee of the table. Which isn't expensive at all! You can find a. Coupon online for 2.00 off the table or 2.00 in tokens to use on the arcade. I realize it may be a bit out dated but these places don't exist in ur local neighborhood anymore! If u do find it what is it expensive place like Dave & Busters??? You can have a play for 2.00? I prefer the family feel of things,as well as supporting a local business owner. they have hot food you can order. I have seen the menu and only remember chicken fingers, fries and a PB J sandwich lol I don't remember much else of the menu except that it's finger food & a small selection. The bar seems pretty stocked & reasonably priced for a place this size. You can run a tab for the Nite and take care of everything at once! Convenient Huh? I like this place. I've been here many times. They have a good selection of arcade games and pinball machines that are old favorites.

We were visiting from out of town and looking for an arcade where my newly teenage son and his also teenage cousin could spend some time. I found this place after a Google search, and was skeptical because it is primarily a billiards hall. After visiting the website and seeing a child playing on an arcade game and the fact that they offer birthday parties, we decided to give it a shot. Well, it's kind of divey, which is fine for a billiards hall. I would say that despite the picture of the child on the website, this is not a place for children. Besides being dirty, at least two of the games were not working properly. Next time I'll make the 45 minute drive to Dave and Busters. I WOULD love to love this place. They have billiard tables, they have arcade games. They are open at reasonable hours. BUT!!! They are asking people to deposit either their credit cards or driver licenses to play a game of billiard. That means that they take either of these (at this day and age HIGHLY SENSITIVE) documents that contain SENSITIVE IDENTIFIABLE PERSONAL INFORMATION (SPII) and place it on their counter under a small piece of paper. There is no security of any kind. Anyone can lift a paper, and make a photo of your Credit Card or Drivers license while nobody is at the counter. This info can be later used for identity theft or unauthorized credit card usage. I was at this place twice before, and first time - I was able to talk them out of taking my docs. Second time I was there - I was rudely forced to submit one of the docs or leave. I've chosen to leave and I will never come to this place again, unless they will reconsider their policies. They should not treat everyone as a criminal. Stay away from Shooters - this place will get your credit info or personal info stolen. It doesn't worth it. read more
