It has been frustrating to them that part time staff are also not getting a reasonable number of hours. There have also been issues with time off and sick leave. There is not a lot of clarity around paid sick time, and workers need to know more about what benefits they can receive. The company also provides few benefits other than the food discount and movies for free. Another problem is that when new procedures or changes are implemented, they aren't properly trained. Often employees will be required to work without proper warning or training, creating unnecessary stress in the workplace. I would not recommend this job to anybody else. There are other opportunities out there that provide more stable work hours, improved communication and a more respectful environment.
