One of the worst place to do business ever! Not only they had us sign false documentation they took our down payment in the process. They lied on the whole Financial aspect of the deal, they lowered our credit score to almost 600 from a higher point by trying to find a bank but not the one we signed on! It took them more than 19 days for them to get their crap straight. Will never recommend or do business with them ever, I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau, business like that should never be open! We just purchased a new Tiffin Phaeton 2019 RV from the RV Corral and actually couldn't wait to leave a review. This business came highly recommended from other RVers in the area where we stay. We were not let down. I kept waiting for something to pop my bubble because I didn't think it could be really that good. We have been working with them for a couple of weeks now from when they showed us the RV to the test drive to the decision to purchase to the financing, and finally the delivery. Every single person we worked with was so knowledgeable and so kind and personable. Luke was our main salesman. I know he is a salesman and all that goes with that as far as convincing people to buy and such. He was more than that. He continues to check on us to see if we need anything and if we are happy. I can give a few of many, many examples. He was so sweet to our dog. He let us take her in his office, he loaned us one of his dog leashes and collars when we were moving RVs and couldn't find anything, he stayed in touch with us on his days off (I felt bad, but he insisted). Hours after we left the dealership, we had gotten locked IN the RV and couldn't get out. We tried everything before I called him reluctantly. Within 5 minutes he had us out after making a call to someone else I will talk about in this review. Honestly, it was because of him that we are driving this beauty today. Tyler, the finance manager (?) was also very helpful, kind, and answered many questions we had when we were trying to make the big decision. I never felt any negative pressure from him or Luke which would have killed the deal for us. We don't do well with that at all. The owner, Tina, spent time meeting and talking with us and answered many questions. She's pretty awesome too! When we had the walk-through when taking delivery, we were fortunate to have Warren showing us everything. Wow, what an impressive man. He was such a patient "teacher" when showing us the many, many features in the RV. When a few things were not working properly, he and his crew scrambled to fix things so that we would be able to leave happy. The things that needed parts ordered and such would be done at a future date and he assured us that he'd make everything right. He checked on us later in the evening to see how we were doing before he left work. I believe he was the one Luke called at night after hours to get assistance to get us out of the coach (ha ha, I bet that was a funny conversation between the two of them). Elaine, the person who helped with the signing of the papers was so nice and did not pressure us when we said we did not want the extended warranty. We had told the owner and our salesman that we had a bad experience in the past and just didn't want to deal with that again. It was stress-free and I was very relieved. I am forgetting a few names, but I think it was James in the parts/store who was also really nice to us and checked on us a few times. We had no idea how hard it would be and how long it would take to empty our old RV and put things into the new one. It was pouring rain nonstop as well so that did not help. They kindly allowed us to stay on their lot for 2 nights (and said we could stay longer if needed) while we did all that. It seemed the 2 40-foot RVs were in a bad place on their lot, but they just let it be and never told us to move. They just left us alone to do what we had to do periodically asking if we needed anything. They gave us a gate key when we were locked in at night. We felt safe and comfortable there and even though I worried we were in the way, they never made us feel like that at all. This place has an amazing "family" atmosphere and it seems like everyone enjoys each other's company from what I saw. I seriously could go on and on, but I hope this review shows that we found the place with the best service we've ever had in any transaction. REVIEW: We just purchased a 2019 Winnebago VIEW 24D from the RV Corral. Not my first Rodeo buying RV's. We could not be happier ! Thanks to low pressure Jim Boecher our salesman for showing us this Unit and helping Coordinate delivery. A big thanks to those behind the scenes in scheduling and doing some of the little upgrades we wanted. A huge thank you to the prep/detail crew; Joy, Tami and Blane...the unit was spotless !!! On our travels, our awning got trashed in a storm. During an extended stay in Oregon, we took our RV to RV Corral to have it replaced along with a bunch other small repairs and maintenance. Paul and mechanic Warren were excellent. They were friendly and professional and the quality of the work was great. read more

Worst customer service ever don't return phone calls or emails you can tell the two guys at the front desk at service hate there lives so I am sure it has a trickle down affect to the rest of the guys. I've had multiple service interactions with RV Corral. They were able to order me a new tabletop for my RV that several other dealers refused to deal with. They repaired some freeze damage after I failed to properly winterize it and charged a fair price for the work. But today's experience was the one that made me write the review. I pulled my trailer out to get it ready for a trip in 2 weeks, and the electrical system was dead. It worked when plugged to the tow vehicle, but when plugged to shore power I got nothing. Paul at the service desk told me that he was booked out for the next month, but took the time on the phone to walk me through some likely problems that I might be able to trace down and fix myself. Turned out he was absolutely correct and in 15 minutes of crawling under the chassis I found the breaker and I had the power back on. The willingness to take care of a customer that way knocked my socks off. I'll continue to come here for my maintenance and repairs. read more

Many times had poor service experience with their service department. Never fixed items and always had to take it back to redo. Last time they had unit for months without success. They " had emergencies" which delayed my repairs. I call it being bumped down the ladder. Service personnel just not qualified. Purchased 2 new motorhomes elsewhere and no more service here. read more

This place SUCKS!! I would steer away from doing any business whatsoever with these people. We were told that they would sell our trailer for us and would tend to the issues it had. They had it for over a year and NOTHING! They used our trailer to UP-SELL other trailers and, despite us telling them that the price was too high, they kept it high. Then the idiots would tell us they didn't know why it wasn't selling. These are shady, blood-sucking douche bags. DON'T COME HERE. EVER. Less than ONE week later after we took back our trailer from these shady wheeler-dealers, (actually it was only 4 days) after they had it for a year (depreciation should be considered (a year??) if you're doing a commission sale?), we sold our trailer for $1000.00 more than we were asking from them to sell ours. We posted it on Craigslist and Glen, from the RV Corral, should be humiliated and embarrassed. I don't know how Glen sleeps at night. Blood-sucker city with the up-sell of his other trailers. Purchased a trailer and a trailer brake controller from RV Corral. Received the vehicle back with poorly installed controller with a bill 50% higher than quoted. The trailer had broken stabilizer jack. Contacted service department and was told to bring it in, they welded it and it promptly broke upon installation, very poor weld. I Was not provided the right keys to the trailer and still do not have them weeks after returning wrong keys. Roof vent seal was falling off when we purchased the unit, we were told it would be fixed. It still has not been corrected. We were promised a full detail cleaning, this was not performed. We were promised a walk through of the trailer to show us how it worked, the first words out of the technicians mouth were "I really don't know how to set this unit up" To top this off any time I or my wife call to get the status of promised repairs we are treated very unprofessionally. If you have the time and energy to continually pursue the RV Corral in following through with their commitments then you will have no problem with this place, but if you expect your work to be completed on time, within budget and with a professional attitude you should go some wear else. read more

We found the perfect 16 ft tandem axel trailer there. The salesman promised that their award winning service department would go through the consigned camper to make sure that it was ready to go camping. They were suppose to add trailer brakes as part of the deal. When i took thevtruck there to have it installed they wanted to add additional costs for the wiring. I had to go back the next day to have it completed. When we pucked up the rv a service man kept saying he wasnt the one that inspected it. The tires were weathered and bald. We had to take it straight to Les Schwab for new tires it was so unsafe. The radio did not work. We took it to the coast for the night. Water was all over the floor after one shower. I texted the vsalesman to report it. He said the tanks were probably full as there was blue toilet chemical seeping from the wall. We emptied the tank. Found an open bottle of chemical left under the sink. Took it camping a few weeks later only to have it flood again. The hot water heater had a gfas leak. There was smoke up the side of the coach. We reported the prtoblems to the salesman. We cut our vcacation short and returned it to them. They kept saying nothing is wrong. Eventually they fixed a broken bathroom faucet and replaced parts in the propane lines. The bathroom cabinet, wall and floors now have water damage. The sales people are vultures. Misrepresent the product and service. The owner never apologized for the inconvenience. She just offered a $100 credit in their sales department. We are filing a complaint with the attorney generals office. We will never do business there again. read more

We purchased a brand new 2016 Keystone Cougar from RV Corral. Shortly after we purchased it. It began to have issues. We contacted RV Corral and they were able to repair the unit quickly. Shortly after that more issues popped up which was obvious it was due to poor assembly at the plant. We decided to contact the manufacture to advise them of the poor quality and assembly of the unit. The manufacture said they'd help us by expediting parts and get it repaired ASAP. This was at the beginning of summer when things began to go wrong on it. The manufacture did not come through at all. We purchased the in March of 2016. It did not get repaired until Oct 2016 as the manufacture kept shipping the wrong parts. We asked the manufacture if they would take back the unit as it is a lemon. The manufacture would not accommodate. We decided to contact RV Corral and let them know what had been going on. RV Corral jumped into action spoke with the manufacture. The manufacture continued to ship wrong parts. We then asked RV Corral if they would trade in our lemon for a new one as we began to not have confidence in the unit we purchased. Tina at RV Corral allowed us to trade the unit back in on a new unit. They made it right. I would recommend RV Corral to everyone. They made sure we were happy and went beyond to help us. Bought a 2001 Beaver diesel pusher 2 years ago from them. The drivers seat was broken and they fixed it, but, unknown to me, there is an air line going to the seat that the tech or someone just folded over and sealed it with a ziptie. If you connect the air line to the seat, the air rushes out. Was I told about this, NO. I told them the cable connection would not feed to the tv. They claimed to have fixed it, but again, no such luck. I was also given false information about the age of the tires and had to replace all 6 of them. A year after my purchase of $81,000, they offered me $45,000 trade in on a different coach. Their generosity just amazed me to no end. I would not buy anything there again. I also had to replace the heater core for $1500.00 on top of the $4000.00 for the new tires. The steps work when they want to and the tech claimed that they were repaired. I do not think this business will care what I feel about the shoddy treatment I got, but, I can assure them I will never again darken their doors. read more

Our first time having work done at RV Corral made us optimistic we found a place to count on. Since that first trip we have had to make return trips to have them correct incomplete winterization issues, damages done when making repairs, faulty replacement components, shoddy workmanship. Our current issue is dealing with the new converter we had put in...our first trip out and it failed completely. Informed they couldn't fit us in for 3 weeks. Took it in night before appointment, promised they would work on it the next day. Didn't happen, we called at 3:30 PM day of appointment and they had even looked at it yet and said they couldn't get to it until the following Monday. This was another 8 days ago and it still sits on their lot unfixed. I don't know about the rest of you...but if you pay for a new converter and it fails "immediately" one would think they would replace it as it is under warranty. But no...as of today we have been told they have still haven't even shipped the faulty converter (we paid for and they put in) off to the company it was purchased from. In the meantime our motor home sits worthless to us, no trips, no usage...I don't call this customer service, I call this POOR SERVICE. My guess is the RV Corral caters to emergency fixes for people passing through, those of us who thought they would provide great return customer service on our motor homes just don't make it with them. Would love to talk to Jerry Allen about his ads regarding the RV Corral...maybe he could help us get our motor home fixed and back on the road with us. read more
