"Crunchy " french toast
Robin W.

Yummy! Tried the signature "crunchy" French toast. Cute atmosphere and great food. Off the road a bit, but worth a stop!

My wife and decide to celebrate our new purchase of our Jayco Jayfeather 21MBH Travel trailer. We found this place 3 minutes down the road from Brigham City/Perry KOA Campground. What a cozy place to have breakfast! Amazing Diner!!!

Good service from a youngish woman. Came to try the crispy French toast. Also got eggs w hash browns. Liked the potatoes and eggs best.

Love this place nice casual late breakfast. Quiet booth by the window with a very attentive "Laken " as our server. We could order off the senior menu which was perfectly sized. A nice touch was a carafe of coffee & creamer on our table so refills were easy. Food was delicious hot & yummy. We must come back for their famous pies

We kept driving by this place meaning to try it and we finally made it there. The parking is j. The back and there's enough of it. The entrance is on the right, the exit in the left when you are looking at the place from the street. Service was friendly and good. Our server had a great attitude the entire time. The good menu had good variety. We were super happy with our plates. Server was on top of getting drink refills. The place is very cutesy kitch country. There was a bit of a noise level but not too bad.

I had the French dip with a side of fresh peaches for $13.29. Most French dip's Aussie jus is too salty but this was a real aus jus, beefy and flavorful. The bread wasn't too hard either. The peaches were suggested because they are in season and it shows. These are real peaches, full of flavor and not mushy. The server was attentive and friendly. I would come here again.

I came to town to visit my family and on my last day it occurred to me that I had not yet had a scone. I headed right out to the Rusty spoon and they did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, Lots of families enjoying their lunch together. Fabulous waitresses. Very efficient and very, very friendly.

Arrived Saturday afternoon around 130pm and still had a 30 min wait. There were empty tables but im assuming they were short staffed as many restaurants seem to be. Once seated service was great and food came out fast. Large portions, food was delicious, and prices were very budget friendly. Great place to stop for a meal!

Food is fine but don't come here unless you have a good hour and a half to wait before your food comes out. The service is terrible.

There are always 2 options plus a "healthy" option, which includes either baked fish or chicken. The salad bar is available during the week & is SO inexpensive with so many options. It's not unusual for me to buy a hot lunch and take a to-go salad for dinner, either as dinner or as a salad with our main meal. Everything is also available a la carte. Expense comes in if you purchase desserts, but it's still affordable because the portions are sharing size. Rarely crowded, quick & easy, friendly service and comfortable dining atmosphere - in spite of it being a hospital. Deli sandwiches always available. Nice choice of juices and soft frozen yogurt/gelato/ice cream. (Sorry I'm soft on this point because I never make it to dessert.) Hawaiian Haystacks served about every 7 wks and always on Wed and always FANTASTIC! From the South and never heard of them, more mixing that many foods together in one pile but I'm a believer now. Fresh baked goods and a limited menu…read more I was told to try the roll w/gravy, glazed doughnut , chocolate nut roll, and cinnamon roll ( as big as my head!) I have to say that the roll w/gravy was my favorite. I personally would have liked a little more gravy, but the fresh butter rolls were delicious. I did not enjoy the doughnuts. They were very dense, and the glaze or chocolate was dry on top. The roll themselves were very bland. I reheated the cinnamon roll the following day, and it was good but so big I could have had three meals from it. The flavor was just above bland. If rolls are that big, then the filling or flavoring should be more prominent as well. I would definitely recommend and return here.

First red flag was there was only one person on the staff in there. Once we walked in and were seated the rest of the staff came in to cook. That was a little alarming. The food wasn't spectacular other than the scone fry bread was really good. Definitely not what it once was.
