Breakfasts (eggs and such, haven't tried pancakes) are nothing special. Fresh half & half was appreciated, which they have. Stopped in recently and tried a panini and the lettuce wraps. Panini was very good. Fries that came with it were wet with grease... we didn't finish them. I feel like that's an oil temp issue but I'm no expert. Lettuce wraps sounded great on the menu but were served with dry flavorless chicken. Bland even with toppings provided. Didn't finish that dish either. The protein in lettuce wraps is supposed to be popping with flavor that shines through the lettuce and toppings. Not the case. I'll read through other reviews and try to find some gems. I love greasy spoons like this and I'm sure I'm just missing something. They have a large outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. Perhaps burgers and beers are in order.

We added other bread on top of it (made little sandwiches) from the table to mask the taste. Pasta was amazing - chicken portion was large (make sure to ask about price, we misunderstood the added chicken cost and it was an extra $6 for it but the portion was great). Meatballs were okay, presentation of everything was awesome. Our waitress was the server for the entire lounge and the bartender! She worked her butt off and her attitude was so nice. The drinks were SO strong I had to drink slow but we aren't complaining lol! Staff was working hard, everyone was super nice, clean restaurant, would definitely come back and highly recommend!

But ... so far only one of six dishes/orders was worth talking about. The others were bland and lacking flavor... I'm not done visiting as there are many other dishes I want to try. Chicken BBQ pizza - chicken bits too small, red onions were almost shaved and you could not taste them, BBQ sauce too sweet Fettuccine Alfredo - ok dish but slightly bland and missing something flavor wise. Godfather pizza was decent based on the toppings but the dough had no flavor and the pizza was undercooked. Chicken Parmigiana was crispy but again, lacked flavor, and the tomato sauce was also bland. Now, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka ... This was a WINNER! Although it wasn't spicy, it is flavorful and there is a white pepper kick finish to the sauce. Everything about this one dish was great!

After paying more attention to the local restaurants during the pandemic, we decided to give them a try. Holy moly, we were super happy we did. Upon arrival, the front lot is auler tiny but they have ample parking in the rear. All of the covid requirements are being met (masks, sanitizing). The vartender was super friendly and welcoming. She was attentive throughout our whole stay. We started with an order of old bay wings and onion rings. The wings were good but we really loved the onion rings. My husband had a cheesesteak where you can choose your toppings. He ate the whole thing so I guess that speaks for itself. I had the bbq ribs and chicken platter which came with slaw and potatoes. Everything was awesome and it was a huge portion. My husband ended up having to help me with the chicken. After being highly recommended, I ordered a side of the brussel sprouts. Super delicious. I'd order them everytime again. My husband had a couple beers and then we headed out for the night. The menu was decent and there are plenty more items that we want to give a try. We will be back and recomended giving them a try if you are close by!
