    Large cheese pizza

WARNING service and food is TRASH. I ordered a large cheese pizza me & my mother tasted it and it was horrible.. worse than school lunch pizza.. I don't even know what type of cheese was on it but it was horrific. & burnt. I called them to ask for a refund and the owner kept asking what was wrong with the pizza so I proceeded to tell him it wasn't good at ALL considering the fact it was $20 I wanted my money back or some type of accommodation. He then told me to never order from there again and hung up on me. BEWARE do not order from here.

    Vegan pizza mmmmmmm

Herald Harbor Hideaway is a GEM! It's the perfect neighborhood bar with a great bar, table top seating, and a little hearth area complete with sofa and wingback chairs. The bartenders are friendly and fast, especially Tracy!!! I've been tons of times and always loved it. The pizza is BOMB and they were more than happy to make me a vegan cheese-less pizza with mushrooms and olives, it was SO GOOD!! I went recently to watch a Saints football game that started kind of late - Tracy put the game on all the TVs just for us and she even stayed open late so we could watch the end. Five stars, two thumbs up, six stars if I could!

Pizza is thin crust crispy and fresh.

Have been here a few times and ordered it from DoorDash and everything has been great. They make an excellent burger. The chicken sandwiches are all good and their salads are not boring. One thing to know when you get up to order is there are two menus. One is the main one, and the other is just chicken. Both are good, and the orders are on the same bill- but it is a little strange. Prices are about normal for these days; have to pay extra for a side and drink, but the serving sizes are fair. Haven't had a bad sandwich yet and the shaved broccoli side is pretty great. Today had frickle fries, very awesomely decadent. Warning they are meal size but that may not be a bad thing depending on what you're after. Overall, go- it's great!

I've never had a long wait, either to order or for the food to come out, which is always appreciated. The staff has been consistently friendly, and the space itself is clean and well kept. High-top tables, good lighting, moderate noise level--everything feels in order whenever I'm there. Food-wise, Regional keeps things simple, and that's what I like about it. The Cubano sticks to the script and does it right. You really can't lose with it--good flavor, balanced, and just a solid sandwich overall. The smashburger is another no-frills win. Fresh beef, fresh ingredients, and everything complements each other without trying too hard. It's just done right. The cheesesteak isn't something I'd call a true Philly, but in a pinch it definitely holds you down. The meat is seasoned well, with onions, mushrooms, and cheese coming together for an enjoyable sandwich. I appreciate that Regional doesn't overcomplicate things. My only real critique was the roasted potato salad. I paid $3 for a cup, and while it tasted good, there was lettuce stuffed at the bottom to make it look fuller than it was. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I wouldn't order it again. Portion sizes overall are fair, prices feel reasonable, and I like that there's something for everyone on the menu. I've already been back multiple times and will continue to return. It's a good spot when you want to get away from all the fast-food options in the area.

One kids' meal had a rare cheeseburger, then another was a grilled cheese with bread so stale that it was crumbly. Also, we didn't realize the kids' meals came with fries OR fruit, the menu was not quite clear. Regardless, I feel as though the server could have mentioned "the fruit will be extra" so I could have corrected my decision. There was absolutely no reason why I would EVER pay $15 for $3 worth of pineapple, especially for kids. The waitress was nice enough, I was just very annoyed about the fruit situation. She seemed to think it was intuitive and kinda shrugged when I told her about the confusion. With four kids, $15 for fruit is just insane. She brought cheesecake as an apology for the messed up kids' meals. But I would have rather not had the cheesecake and just gotten the fruit taken off the ticket. They didn't even eat it, as kids do. The restaurant was nice. It just looked a little run down. Like the floors were extremely dirty, they need a good cleaning. Despite being very busy, we were seated quickly-that was a pleasant surprise. In summary, be prepared to send food back to be cooked properly. And good Lord, make sure you don't accidentally order fruit, it's $5 for 10 small chunks of pineapple.

This particular morning, they were offering a breakfast burger special: smash patty with bacon, egg, cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro lime sauce. Their regular menu sells two different burgers: The Classic Double (lettuce, tomato, burger sauce) and The Retro Double (pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard). I opted for the retro double. The burger was good. It had a nice crust on the outside. There was enough ketchup and mustard on the burger to taste, but not so much that it's dripping off the sides when you bite into it. The fries were good. I wish they offered a bigger cup of them since they're almost $4. Burgers are $9.79, fries are $3.95, and drinks are $2.00. They also have merchandise like t-shirts, hats, and hoodies for sale. The employee that took my order was really friendly. I hope they make a return to the Crofton Farmer's market! Looking through the menu I really thought I had found a gem. However, not so much. The armadillo eggs were supposed to be fried brisket and cheese stuff jalapenos. which sounds amazing, but the filling was more like a puree of brisket and cheese, weird texture definitely no tender bits of brisket which was a shock. I would've like some chopped brisket in the filler, but the texture was way off. I went on to have the smokehouse sampler with Chicken, Brisket, and Pulled pork. I got Brussel sprouts and mac & cheese for sides. The brisket was dry and felt reheated. The chicken was tough and the breast was over cooked, and the pulled pork was dry and bland. The only thing saving this food was the sauces. For a smokehouse, the food doesn't have the flavor profile of smoked meat. My wife got the eastportorican, which is a cuban, but it was dry. There was only 1 server for all the tables, so I'm not sure if they were just under staffed and having a hard time, but you only get one chance at a first impression and this was not a good one. I actually had no complaints about our server either, she was doing better than most people would in her situation, and the customers were pretty patient.
