Large cheese pizza

WARNING service and food is TRASH. I ordered a large cheese pizza me & my mother tasted it and it was horrible.. worse than school lunch pizza.. I don't even know what type of cheese was on it but it was horrific. & burnt. I called them to ask for a refund and the owner kept asking what was wrong with the pizza so I proceeded to tell him it wasn't good at ALL considering the fact it was $20 I wanted my money back or some type of accommodation. He then told me to never order from there again and hung up on me. BEWARE do not order from here.

Vegan pizza mmmmmmm

Herald Harbor Hideaway is a GEM! It's the perfect neighborhood bar with a great bar, table top seating, and a little hearth area complete with sofa and wingback chairs. The bartenders are friendly and fast, especially Tracy!!! I've been tons of times and always loved it. The pizza is BOMB and they were more than happy to make me a vegan cheese-less pizza with mushrooms and olives, it was SO GOOD!! I went recently to watch a Saints football game that started kind of late - Tracy put the game on all the TVs just for us and she even stayed open late so we could watch the end. Five stars, two thumbs up, six stars if I could!

Pizza is thin crust crispy and fresh.

I've never had a long wait, either to order or for the food to come out, which is always appreciated. The staff has been consistently friendly, and the space itself is clean and well kept. High-top tables, good lighting, moderate noise level--everything feels in order whenever I'm there. Food-wise, Regional keeps things simple, and that's what I like about it. The Cubano sticks to the script and does it right. You really can't lose with it--good flavor, balanced, and just a solid sandwich overall. The smashburger is another no-frills win. Fresh beef, fresh ingredients, and everything complements each other without trying too hard. It's just done right. The cheesesteak isn't something I'd call a true Philly, but in a pinch it definitely holds you down. The meat is seasoned well, with onions, mushrooms, and cheese coming together for an enjoyable sandwich. I appreciate that Regional doesn't overcomplicate things. My only real critique was the roasted potato salad. I paid $3 for a cup, and while it tasted good, there was lettuce stuffed at the bottom to make it look fuller than it was. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I wouldn't order it again. Portion sizes overall are fair, prices feel reasonable, and I like that there's something for everyone on the menu. I've already been back multiple times and will continue to return. It's a good spot when you want to get away from all the fast-food options in the area.

It's large so she generally eats half at a time. Her leftovers are in the photo below. I had then Philly Mushroom today and I ate the entire thing! Yes, I overdid it Big Time! My side was the potato salad. It's actually red potato salad with the right amount of sweetness and not drowned in mayo! In fact it seems like a ground mustard aioli. I'm not sure but it's really good. They now have chicken wings with a variety of sauces to choose from. Of course I had to order smash burgers for my family at home. Do yourself a favor and try Region Ale if you haven't.

The staff was super attentive, frequently asking if we needed anything or if our cups or plates needed to be replenished. I would love to return for some of their locally-brewed beer and IPAs as well. Pictured with my review, you'll see my margarita from where I sat at the bar, and happy hour meal, the boneless chicken wings and fries. This place was the perfect place for an office farewell!

All the outdoor seating was full, and inside there was only one table available. Most of the tables are larger, so we noticed some groups sharing space, which actually worked out fine. The restaurant has a great open-air feel even indoors thanks to the large garage-style door that opens up an entire wall. For drinks, my wife ordered iced tea and I had a Peach Mule. The mule was good, but next time I'd skip the rim garnish. They also have a big beer selection, and the prices seemed very reasonable. For food, we ordered the brisket burger (single patty with cheese, topped with shaved brisket, jalapeño slaw, raw onion, pickles, and sauce). They offer a deal where you can add a side and drink for $5, so we added onion rings and also ordered the Serpent Fries as an appetizer. The fries came out first and looked great and they did not disappoint. Fresh cut with bacon, pico, scallions, and a serpent sauce (seemed like a beer cheese). Really flavorful, I did ask for ranch, which was an extra $0.50. I understand charging for extras, but not everyone uses ketchup or mustard, so that felt a little unnecessary. The burger came out shortly after, and it was excellent. We split it, and it was packed with flavor. Honestly, adding bacon would make it even better a "Triple B" (Bacon, Brisket, Burger) would be perfect. The only letdown was the onion rings. The onions inside were very thin and overcooked, leaving them dried out with little flavor. Even without the over-frying, the onions themselves just didn't have much taste. Definitely something they could improve. Overall, it's a great spot for burgers and fries, and we'll definitely be back for that. We saw other dishes come out that looked good too, so there's more to try next time.

This particular morning, they were offering a breakfast burger special: smash patty with bacon, egg, cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro lime sauce. Their regular menu sells two different burgers: The Classic Double (lettuce, tomato, burger sauce) and The Retro Double (pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard). I opted for the retro double. The burger was good. It had a nice crust on the outside. There was enough ketchup and mustard on the burger to taste, but not so much that it's dripping off the sides when you bite into it. The fries were good. I wish they offered a bigger cup of them since they're almost $4. Burgers are $9.79, fries are $3.95, and drinks are $2.00. They also have merchandise like t-shirts, hats, and hoodies for sale. The employee that took my order was really friendly. I hope they make a return to the Crofton Farmer's market! I would definitely get burgers from them again.

West End Grill Great Food, Outstanding Service…read more Stopped into West End Grill and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Started with the cream of crab, which was rich, hot, and perfectly seasoned , smooth, comforting, and exactly what you hope for when you order it. What really made the night, though, was Jenna. She was both the hostess and our server, and she absolutely nailed it. Friendly, attentive, and professional without ever hovering. She set the tone the moment we walked in and kept everything running smoothly the entire meal. When the service is that good, it elevates the whole experience and that's exactly what happened here. Jenna was the star on top of an already solid meal. Easy 5 stars. Would happily come back.

I am glad we did. First off, looks can be deceiving. Part of the reason I've never come here before is because from outside, it looks like a dodgy sports bar. And while the inside is most definitely for sports fans, with plenty of memorabilia and TVs, imagine my shock when I got a taste of the service, the food, and the overall vibe of the establishment. Our server was a very nice young woman who did a great job of checking on us without coming off as overeager. My brother and I aren't big drinkers, but that didn't dissuade her from not giving us as much attention as other patrons with bigger tabs. I ordered the french dip and my brother got boneless wings tossed in the honey old bay sauce. This is definitely elevated bar food (with great portion sizes to boot): my sandwich had freshly baked bread and came with fresh cut fries and a savory au jus. My brother commented and said his wings tasted like they were battered and fried to order. The prices are moderate -- given the level of service, the taste of the food, and the portions, we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. I'm happy to add this to place to my rotation -- just proof once again that sometimes the best places are the most unassuming!
