It hits all the notes, crispy, creamy, tangy, spicy...so good. The Karahi Keema Paratha is Paratha bread stuffed with ground lamb and spices and it was excellent. So savory and flavorful. Butter Chicken is a wonderful version. Creamy with a hint of spice and tender, juicy chicken. Dal Tadka are yellow lentils with spices and packed with flavor. Just delicious.
