We got one iced and one hot and both were delicious :) We also had the egg and cheese, one with the habenero siracha and the other with the pepper jam and 10/10 on both, but definitely would recommend the peppered jam! we also got the three mini waffles with the VT maple syrup which was definitely delicious and the best part about their food items is that it's GF but my friend is not GF and still said it was probably some of the best food they have had and you can't tell it's GF. the place itself is a bit small with minimal indoor seating but the barista who took our order was really nice and helpful when we were ordering, definitely will be back the next time im in VT! read more

I searched for a coffee shop near the motel that I stayed at. A five star review less than 3 miles from me? - I had to go check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. My answer: YES. Brand were being roasted as I was there, attesting to the freshness of the roasted brands. I spoke briefly to the roaster, who was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. To my surprise, they had more food than the pastries that I expected. I had an egg sandwich, which can be customized with meat and various sauces or jams. The sandwich was delicious, and just the right size for a quick, fortifying breakfast. As an added surprise, I was informed afterwards that the biscuit is gluten-free. I won't have know! Every time I go on a trip to a new place I always look to see if there's a specialty coffee roaster in the area. In particular one that serves pour over coffee. Usually what ends up happening is I find a spot that pretends to be a specialty coffee shop, looks pretty, but just serves standard drip coffee at an elevated price with subpar beans. I decided to trust the reviews, took a drive here and honestly instantly fell in love with this place. It's a tiny little shop nestled around a bend in the road that you can easily miss. The interior was simple, with a roasting machine in the corner, a menu that only had coffee and 2 awesome front of house staff members. In short this place absolutely effing rocks. They are much more than a coffee shop. They focus on every little detail from start to finish (I ended up looking up their whole backstory and it's so cool.) The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. I could legit talk for hours about coffee. Sarah was an absolute legend. Sarah, I will gladly share some of my favorite roasters with you! Truly stoked to be able to meet with Jordan, Kaylee, Sadie, Arturo and their team! We were on our way back from Quebec and Jordan was really generous to let us stay overnight in their driveway. There was a tasting the Sunday evening we arrived (it was sold out) but we were able to connect with with Jordan and Kaylee that evening and Arturo the next morning. Real passionate people! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If you LIVE for good coffee like my hubby, this is a must stop. If you only drink cold brew/nitro cold brew like me, this is a must stop. If you are within a 100 mile radius, this is a must stop. We had amazing coffee, watched a batch being roasted, and enjoyed wonderful conversation with the Roastery family. They are knowledgeable, kind, and approachable (whereas some very knowledgeable coffee connoisseurs are intimidating to 1 trick pony coffee drinkers like me). I may not be articulating this well, so an example: I do not drink cold brew without vanilla and cream ever. Until today, because their cold brew was so good, I just added a splash of milk. The only way to have improved our visit, would have been to find the Roastery before the last day of our trip. Do yourself a favor and stop by as soon as you can. You will not regret it. read more
