We found their packages easy to select from and Melissa also provided a number of recommendations (what we might need, what we didn't need) that were greatly appreciated. Even when we had a last minute change in venue (as in, the day before), Austin Occasions didn't skip a beat. Every single team member at our event was pleasant, professional, attentive, and made things so easy. B was a wonderful crew leader and very helpful with facilitating decisions about where to set up, our place settings, and keeping things on track. Arcis is the management company for Riverplace, and they have proven to be incompetent and…read moredeliberately misleading. Arcis ignored a very leaky roof for 6+ years (among many other obvious maintenance needs), resulting in the clubhouse, gym, bar, restaurant, locker rooms and day care being closed for at least 9 months due to flood damage starting in July of 2025. Membership dues remain full price for unavailable services and facilities. They've intentionally mislead members about the restoration timeline to avoid member attrition. Riverplace has so much potential, and great members and staff. Arcis is squandering what should be a Hill Country gem.
