I'll be sure to update you on the progress.....she was sincere and was determined to find out where the communication issue occurred....definitely an A+ for effort for Fari! I will add, that this review was not meant to demean or hurt Eurokitchen but to give my fellow Yelpers an accurate account of what happened to me. Although the parts have been ordered by Siematic Pirch Glendale, Fari of EuroKitchen has agreed to install the parts to rectify the problem. I do strongly feel that this will have a happy ending. For the sake of transparency, here is my original one star review: The Siematic brand makes great cabinets and will make your kitchen or office space look amazing! Sadly this particular establishment Eurokitchen has very poor service practices so be warned that after your beautiful kitchen starts aging, they won't return your calls for repairs. I called about 4 times over a course of a year to have some of my "self closing" drawers and air pump overhead bar doors repaired. The receptionist answers in a very apathetic tone and just takes a message. Sadly, no one ever calls back! He's the only one that seems to pick up so be warned when you have a gorgeous SieMatic kitchen put in and need service repairs from Euro Kitchen. I would suggest contacting the SieMatic retailer in Glendale. SieMatic Pirch Glendale is much better and efficient just for the simple reason they actually call you back and can order the parts for you! Ask for John Bleckley. 747-238-1050

Communication is the best, and they insisted on getting the best results out of our contractor for the project. The installers, Clark and Mesha, are dedicated craftsmen who represent the company well. I LOVE my Siematic kitchen. The pieces were delivered well-wrapped for the voyage by barge to the island. Every small detail was considered and if anything was missing, the solution was quick. My sister-in-law used Euro Kitchen over 20 years ago and her installation is still as relevant and fresh and functional as it was when it was installed. I'm very grateful for her recommendation.

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

Instead of cutting corners, he fixed everything the right way. They handled new framing, opening up walls, plumbing corrections, and a full rebuild of the space. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the details. The shower tile work is flawless, and the shampoo niche came out super clean and well-designed. The new tile flooring ties everything together perfectly, and the paint finish gives the whole bathroom a fresh, modern coastal feel.
