I'll be sure to update you on the progress.....she was sincere and was determined to find out where the communication issue occurred....definitely an A+ for effort for Fari! I will add, that this review was not meant to demean or hurt Eurokitchen but to give my fellow Yelpers an accurate account of what happened to me. Although the parts have been ordered by Siematic Pirch Glendale, Fari of EuroKitchen has agreed to install the parts to rectify the problem. I do strongly feel that this will have a happy ending. For the sake of transparency, here is my original one star review: The Siematic brand makes great cabinets and will make your kitchen or office space look amazing! Sadly this particular establishment Eurokitchen has very poor service practices so be warned that after your beautiful kitchen starts aging, they won't return your calls for repairs. I called about 4 times over a course of a year to have some of my "self closing" drawers and air pump overhead bar doors repaired. The receptionist answers in a very apathetic tone and just takes a message. Sadly, no one ever calls back! He's the only one that seems to pick up so be warned when you have a gorgeous SieMatic kitchen put in and need service repairs from Euro Kitchen. I would suggest contacting the SieMatic retailer in Glendale. SieMatic Pirch Glendale is much better and efficient just for the simple reason they actually call you back and can order the parts for you! Ask for John Bleckley. 747-238-1050

Communication is the best, and they insisted on getting the best results out of our contractor for the project. The installers, Clark and Mesha, are dedicated craftsmen who represent the company well. I LOVE my Siematic kitchen. The pieces were delivered well-wrapped for the voyage by barge to the island. Every small detail was considered and if anything was missing, the solution was quick. My sister-in-law used Euro Kitchen over 20 years ago and her installation is still as relevant and fresh and functional as it was when it was installed. I'm very grateful for her recommendation.

We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? The next morning Neema called to check in and asked if he could stop by to verify the work and our satisfaction. Our response - Wow. You know for the all day window, on a holiday, by a 3rd party. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. So my response "im parking at Home Depot as we speak. Can I cancel my order with you, or do I go inside?"

Eric and Antonio provided great recommendations every step of the way, and their crew was always nice and considerate. The project took a little longer than expected due to a missing cabinet issue, but overall it was a great experience with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and a professional team. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.
