Classes allow you to mix and match level of intensity, stretch vs greater intensity to a pretty intense class. All are easy on my knees. Modifications suggested by teachers based on your ability. The studio is run sooo well. Clean, prompt, friendly. I've made a number of new and very significant friends and co-PBG mates who are great and very supportive while encouraging attendance. I saw a few complaints about business practices. That's not Ashley. This is a franchise and all practices are designed and enforced by corporate. This place keeps me looking and feeling younger.

I've taken an array of classes and love Raquel, Pillin, and Susanna. Classes are challenging, and go through a pretty standard barre format - warm up, with and without weights, thigh, seat work and core work. Some exercises require the ball, others don't. The classes do vary, so it's not the same each time even though the focus is on the same target areas. Individual attention is always paid for corrections! It is definitely a good workout. The other constructive feedback I have is, if they had showers I would be able to come in before my commute to NYC for work! Also, more early morning classes in that regard would help (6am/630).
