They can watch your child for up to 2.5 hours while you work out, which is incredibly valuable for parents and has made it much easier for me to take classes and exercise consistently. The outdoor pool area is another highlight, especially in the summer. The pool and water slide make it feel more like a family destination than just a gym. I've taken two strength-training classes so far, and both instructors and fellow members have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My biggest complaint is the family locker room. It can feel pretty chaotic, especially during busy times. There are only eight shower rooms, and they also serve as changing rooms, which creates bottlenecks for families trying to get in and out. Parking can also be a challenge. It's manageable now, but I suspect it will become even more difficult once the outdoor pool season is in full swing. Overall, if you're willing to pay a premium, you get a clean facility, great classes, excellent family amenities, and valuable child care. The parking and locker room situation could be improved, but so far the positives outweigh the negatives for me

He is by far the best trainer I have had in my many years of training. I have been a member for about three years. It has steadily gone down hill since then, most notably in past six months. There are no toilet seat covers in the ladies locker room. There are two hand dryers, one of which doesn't work. Several machines have signs that say "work in progress", I am not sure why it says in progress because it has been there for over two weeks. There used to always be toilet seat covers, I am not sure what has changed, I used to see a woman cleaning during the day and everything was in great shape when she was there. I don't see her anymore. I would like to recommend the gym to my friends who are interested in a gym. I would not do that now unless things change. Towel service is also very nice touch Place is very clean. All in all 3 stars is fair. Its small and a weight room should not have a squat rack, bench press and platform all in one. Smith machine are useless. I'm a certified strength trainer, I know what I'm taking about. It is what it is. At this point it is good enough for me. I would recommend, but for some no. BTW, bathrooms are clean, but in no way are a locker room.

Needed to cancel my gym membership unexpectedly. I was told they have "numerous options to…read moreaccommodate different situations." Frankly, your options stink. The most helpful was a transfer of the membership to a location "near" my new home. Nearby was defined as within 25 miles! Really?!? Who in their right mind with any life drives 25 miles one way to go to the gym!! How arrogant and ridiculous. I was given incorrect information over the phone when I called regarding cancelling my membership. Furthermore, when I signed up I wasn't given plan options, leaving me trapped in a membership I can no longer utilize. If you're going to have ridiculous cancellation policies, at least train your employees to give out correct information and make all options known to customers when signing people up. Life changes happen frequently in an unpredictable and rapid manner. The equipment at the gym isn't even adequate. In response to the comment below - not sure how telling me the incorrect payment (off by 200 dollars!!?) I owe over the phone to cancel is "providing you with the right guidance to reach out."

That is why they like to charge fees so aggressively. Honestly the Scarsdale one is why better and the Colorado one is truly amazing. They go above and beyond to support your fitness journey and they assume positive intent and flex if needed. These people don't flex at all and some weird things about wait list. Very disappointing. Some of the front desk people are super nice. Others are not and I don't believe they really care if you are getting healthy or not. It's just a business. Maybe you should hire people who want to make a difference in the lives of others vs. getting a pay check. Oh and they do campaigns if you give a 5 star you get a t-shirt sometimes. Warning. P
