The lock worked for 6 weeks and then "died". I called the locksmith and he told us to insert new batteries which my tenant did and it worked for 2 days and "died" again. I became very frustrated and called Columbus One and Jay responded quickly and met me several days later. He was excellent and was able to install a new lock in about 30 minutes. So now he's trying to beat me out of my money, telling me I owe $116. No, you owe me $156 because the bill was for $320 deposit, which was left of $160, and my son gave you $40 for those keys. The total amount I gave is $200 minus $44 for the keys that were made, so give me my $156, and he tries to give $106 and told him it's $156. This guy asks me why I'm so angry, and I told him that because you're very professional and he calls me ghetto and why I'm acting so ghetto.
