They are just beautiful. They also have a gym and if needed they have a business center. The food is great there, from fine dinning to a coffee shop. There are ten distinctive places to eat. They even have 24 hour cafe's. Bimini Steakhouse was our favorite. It was so pretty and the food was perfect in every way. Peppermill's hotel has a AAA Four Diamond rating. Although I didn't gamble, the hotel hosts a nice casino floor and several other amenities like a bowling alley, a large pool, an arcade, a sensory rooms, an escape room and a host of restaurants that range from Jamba Juice, coffee or burgers to a fancy steakhouse. I had dinner at Una Mas because they specialized in Mexican food. Overall the food and drinks were okay. The highlight of my stay was the Grand Sierra Spa! Although their steam room wasn't available, I was able to take advantage of their sauna, coed spa room and a massage. The ambiance was beautifully decorated and they offered complementary snacks and tea as well as one beverage with champagne or a mimosa as an option. You can definitely smell the smoke in here. We only tried the Purple Parrot for dining and it was solid. There seemed to be a seafood restaurant and it smelled quite fishy in that area. They have an arcade on the second floor for kids. We ended up finding several machines that were broken so we got some free play out of it, which was fun. The arcade seems to be open 24/7 but redeeming rewards may be during limited hours. The spa was great! The gym area was also pretty good as well, many machines to use. They also have yoga mats to use, but my only critique is there is not much space to lay your yoga mat in without feeling like you're in someone's way. However, the gym was not very busy at all in the morning time when I went. In the gym, they had a water refill station, towels, and fruit offered. Remember to bring your hotel card because they will ask that it's scanned at the entrance. Service was friendly at the front desk at check in and check out. The hotel is clean. It has accessible rooms, business services, digital check in, electric car charging, a limited fitness center, free breakfast, free internet access, meeting facilites, a pool, and on-site restaurant called the Placery, self parking charge of $11.50 per night and is reported to be pet friendly for a $100 additional cleaning fee even on a 1 night stay. The room rates, plus all the extra charges, make this facility a moderate to pricey place to stay.

My October 9-11 stay at Hyatt Place Reno Airport turned into a frustrating billing ordeal that…read morerequired repeated follow-ups. I prepaid $312.21 for my room through Super.com. At check-in, I should have only owed $113 for the pet fee and taxes, plus a refundable $50 deposit. Instead, Hyatt charged a total of $984.71. Including my prepaid reservation, that brought the combined charges to $1,296.92 for a two-night stay. After Hyatt acknowledged charging me again for my prepaid room, I was told I would receive a $290.57 refund. Instead, another $581.14 charge appeared. The hotel said this was to correct an excessive refund, but never clearly explained what happened or how that amount was calculated. These billing errors pushed my account into the negative. The lack of communication made the situation even worse. A promised follow-up email never arrived, leaving me to reach out again for answers. On October 21, I contacted Hyatt and was told they would investigate, contact Super, and arrange a refund after speaking with them. I then contacted Super myself, and Super ultimately issued the refund. They took action while I was still waiting for Hyatt to resolve the issue. Twelve days after check-in, I was still spending my time chasing a resolution to mistakes I did not cause. The repeated billing errors, unclear explanations, and poor follow-through caused unnecessary financial stress and seriously damaged my trust in Hyatt.

In Vegas, resort fees covers parking, gym, wifi and other items. But parking is free, the wifi is choppy and I don't know if the nugget had a gym! The front desk person didn't explain this or how to get to my room or anything like someone at a registration desk should do when a new guest arrives considering casino hotels are mazes. She just smiled and barely said anything. In fact, when I was in line waiting to be helped she was talking to her colleague without any urgency to help me. This kind of help was what I received all throughout my visit. No one explains anything in detail. When I signed up for a players card, the woman never explained what a new player gets or within the time frame. I had to ask. Even then, nothing was provided further than 'oh as a new player you have to do this to get that' but the explanation wasn't clear. I had to keep coming back to ask. For new players, they match whatever you lose in free play or chips, depending on what you want, when you lose $50-500 dollars. Based on the day, since it was a Thursday, they had another deal going on that the players club person never told me about that popped up too. Staff is friendly but does not go the extra mile to help new guests/players with what is going on or how to get around the casino. Parking is free. To get to the casino from the garage you'll take a carpeted corridor towards the casino. Use the signs to locate where you are going because the casino is a bit of a maze. TONS of slot machines but didn't see any old classics that are good at building your bankroll. I never won more than $20-30 in the time I was playing at any point during my stay. Never saw anyone winning a big jackpot either. Games felt a bit tight. The room was fine. Spacious. A bit dated like the rest of the hotel. They had an Ipod/Iphone clock on the nightstand but only on one side. The smell of smoke fills various areas of the hotel. The highlight of this place was the bed which was VERY comfy.

Also, the room stank whenever I came back so maybe shared with a stinky neighbor? Would I stay here again by choice? No.
