We really like this RV park. Connie in the office is great, I haven't met the other staff yet. George and the workers are super nice. this park is very well taken care of and very clean, and we can tell they care about it. We are staying here for a few months while they finish putting power on our property before we can move back. I feel safe and secure in this park and the sheriff drive through a few times a day. We stayed here a few years ago and it is really nice. The bathrooms are spotless the showers are hot and the laundry area is very very clean. Also have an exercise room that is clean but I have not worked out yet, I have been walking in this spacious RV park. There are a lot more residents than people just Traveling through the area, and that is because it is winter time. Everyone has been very nice and waves when you walked by and we really like it here. Where it is at is very nicely located, you were close by do all the shopping and the freeway and you can get around pretty quick. I love it when you can tell that they really care about their place and who stays here. It ireally nice to see some of the residents decorate their RVs for Christmas.

    Entrance

Very clean and well-maintained. We have a dually with 41' 5th wheel and found the entrance to be a bit tight, but doable. Spaces are tight, but clean and well-maintained. We had to park our truck in a separate spot due to space constraints, however it was not a significant issue. Amenities include: A small dog park; clean laundry room with 5 washers and 8 dryers ($2/load each), detergent available, and a literature rack; basics available in registration/store area; pool; bathroom/showers (we did not use these); workout room (only open during office hours); propane available (price noted to be lowest in area, however we did not verify this); and RV storage area available. Park is in an industrial area, walking distance to Bonanza casino and very close to downtown. HUGE off-leash dog park close by as well. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay!

It has security and someone is available on site for those coming in after hours or who may need assistance. The long term stay area has a community full of nice and respectful people, which gives the park a nice, safe, and friendly neighborhood feel. The spaces offer a good sized lot with parking, and many have fences for pets and privacy. Most all have mature trees among them. There's a nice, shady, grassy area to enjoy a picnic or for lounging, a patio area for sitting and enjoying the view of the Truckee River and Idlewild Park. It's located close to everything Reno has to offer. Whether you just need a space for the night or somewhere to stay a little longer, this park really is a hidden gem for those wanting a friendly, conveniently located, peaceful and quiet stay.

I tried to book online but it wouldn't let me so I called the number and spoke to a very pleasant woman who took my reservation over the phone and even offered me a first responder discount! Upon arrival, they were set up for after hours check in and very organized and timely. Chris, the security officer guided us right to our site and was very pleasant. Our site was a premium river side set up that did not disappoint! We backed up to the river with lush trees and greenery all around. There's a beautiful patio with chairs, tables and Edison string lights overlooking the river where we would sip our drinks after a long day of traveling and watch the geese and ducks in the river. There's also a couple of benches and fire pits established for campers to use. There are long term residents throughout the park, and some sites are pretty close together so we were very lucky to have gotten a premium, roomy luxurious site at last minute. We definitely recommend paying the little extra for a river front site. Site 11 & 12 are the best! PS: the staff is very responsive to texts and questions and they were a delight!

Brandi is awesome! They take care of whatever your needs are as a guest in the park. The facilities are clean and the park itself is beautiful. The thing I liked the best about the area though, was the community. There are a lot of full time residents in the park and they are quick to welcome you, show you around, and offer advice on any issues you may come across. They also know where all the good food is located! The front office also sells items for trailer maintenance, toiletries, snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages so drinking responsibility is only a short walk away. The only negative I have is that the park itself is tiny. It is a pretty tight fit so hauling in there is a little difficult. Especially to less experienced RV owners like myself. It is better suited for smaller rigs. My trailer is 37 feet and it did get tight. However, there are a lot of rigs in there that were bigger than mine. Overall, 10 out 10 recommend. Also, in reference to the murder/arson review. We were new to the park when that happened. Every correct action was taken to manage that situation in a professional and caring way. Both the owner (at the time) and manager Kelsey asked if we were doing ok and were completely understanding if we would have wanted to leave. We didn't. We actually did the opposite and got 2 other surgical travelers spots there. That event was a one off and nothing else even close to that happened during our stay.
