I needed to use the bathroom this morning and there was no AC in the bathrooms! It has been triple digits here in Reno and I can't imagine using bathroom during the heat of the day. There's no room to park or hang out at the picnic table without bumping into your neighbor on both sides. It seems like most full-timers live towards the back. It's smells bad. Did I mention poor reception for ATT? I think this whole area. Overall, this place works for a quick stopover, but there are some issues that need to be addressed.
