My mother had the displeasure of having to deal with the wicked manager of this dump that is literally like a gold painted turd. The bathrooms are disgusting. It's not the design of the place it's the maintenance! The manager will literally harass you for simply walking around the park. When my mother paid good money to live there. She couldn't even touch the grass on her own space without getting yelled at to the point of other people coming out of their homes to defend her. I had to move her out after she told me the electrical box was sizzling/fried yet the manager refused to fix it. Stay away from this place if you can. If you have to go to Reno RV just try to talk to Crystal she'll be sure to "fill you in". Maybe she should be the manager. I would give zero stars, if I could. If you're a long term RVer, you will NOT be welcome here. You will be enthusiastically told you can rent here, but I highly recommend that you go anywhere else. The park itself is rundown and trashy; the only reason the bathrooms get cleaned now is because the brother-in-law of the current "security guard", James Brayton, got suckered into doing it. When we first arrived (Jan. 2019) the bathrooms weren't being cleaned at all, even though they're closed for an hour every single day, specifically for cleaning. It took 2-3 months of several of us complaining before any cleaning took place. The dog run is highly unsanitary and the current manager, Robert Delgado, also uses it as his own personal junk yard, so it's not actually safe for dogs. However, you're not allowed to let your dog use your own patch of grass to potty, and you're definitely not allowed to touch anyone else's grass. Of the four old, dirty, crappy washer and dryer units (2 units of each), half of them were inoperable the entire 8 months we spent here, and all four were inoperable when we arrived. Right before we left, the laundry room was shut down once again because the working dryer broke. Robert, assured me that the machines would be fixed within a week the first time they broke. It took over a month and only one washer and one dryer were fixed. The laundry room is supposed to be open 24/7, but Robert does what he wants (and brags about it openly and frequently), and so do all his friends here, of which there are many. The speed limit within the park is 5mph and you WILL be yelled at by James for going even one mile per hour too fast. Robert and James, however, will race through the park on their little golf cart and in their personal vehicles on a regular basis. You MUST keep your space immaculate, except for James, whose space looks like a white trash junk yard, complete with a disgusting little hatchback being used as storage. There are a few other Inner Circlers who are allowed to break this rule. We did everything we could to stay under the radar and follow the rules, even going above and beyond, but it wasn't enough. We cleaned up other peoples' trash, and we picked up after other people's dogs because they never did. James, even told us we were one of the few guests here actually cleaning up after our dog. However, I paid for our 8th month one morning, was asked to sign a new lease, which Robert did not sign, and 8 hours later I was cornered and bullied into signing a No Cause Eviction about 15 minutes before my husband got home from work. I remained calm, but I was not allowed to ask questions. Robert knew our engine wouldn't turn over, but he said that was, "not my problem." When my husband got home he went to talk to Robert and when asked why we were being evicted Robert said word for word, "because I can." We were the 5th or 6th long term RVers to be evicted from this park this summer. James is a bully and doesn't bother to hide it; I've spoken to several of my neighbors and heard each of them tell me stories of multiple occupancies of being bullied by him. Don't bother trying to get ahold of Liandra Dutton, the property owner. The only contact info listed on the website for her is an email and her inbox has been full for months. I've tried sending her multiple emails, to no avail. Everything about this place and these people is extremely unprofessional. If you stay here and you're not in Robert's inner circle, you WILL be bullied and it will only be a matter of time before you're evicted too. 20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

JUST called this place @ 6:10PM on a Wednesday night simply looking for current rates & general info. The guy who answered the phone greets you with: "Reno RV Park..." I couldn't even get four words out of my mouth before he rudely cuts me off to tell me they are closed for the evening and they will reopen tomorrow at 9AM. "Have a good evening. CLICK" -he says. Their hours on Google say open until 7PM. Some advice from someone trying to bring you their hard-earned money: perhaps have someone competent answer the phones, and maybe your 3.1-star Google rating wouldn't be so. Never rent here we called and talked to Robert he said he had one he would hold for use. When we called back he said he rented to to someone else when we asked about him promising he said this is why we don't rent to people like you. read more

This is an awsome, close knit community of mistly long term, monthly rentals. The management is great, the park is maintained by a pretty cool & friendly guy from Boston. They are tolerant of dogs & cats, as long as you clean up after them. There is a dog run provided for guests to exercise their pets. They have on site laundry facilities that are very reasonably priced. There is also a bath house that is cleaned out daily for guests to use as they need. Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible this place was a nightmare. The park is ran by mentally unstable people Robert runs around making up rules as he goes and crystal will randomly make up lies and try to scare you off so she can scam you out of rent. One day she knocked on my door and said I damaged park property she wouldn't tell me what I damaged just that I'm getting a 24 hour eviction notice I paid for a month so I wasn't going to just get ripped off so I waited for this eviction notice but it never happened but on day 30 as I was loading up my truck she came running at me screaming saying if I come back she will call the cops. No idea why she thinks I would come back after the nightmare of an experience but she's completely crazy so it makes sense. You will be constantly told "it's in the rules" and it's never in the rules. You will be scammed at for going 5.5 miles an hour even if you ride your breaks the entire time they will come running at you every time saying you are going too fast and not in a calm way in a completely crazy screaming manner. The bathroom is freezing. The Landry room is always broken. The managers trailer smells so bad of cat pee you can smell it just walking by, they also keep their space piled with trash and broke bbq grills. But if a candy rapper blows into your spot they will come pounding on your door. The owner is young and doesn't care about anything it used to be her parents and I'm gonna guess once she got it and it went down hill, long as the park keeps her lifestyle paid she doesn't care.
