(Fair enough) We were put in a small spot to put our 30 ft travel trailer AND somehow park our F350. My husband was dissatisfied and they moved us to a little larger spot. Lo and behold the next morning in the spot next to our friends was a travel trailer the same size as ours if not smaller! A lot of full timers here as well. Not my cup of tea. I needed to use the bathroom this morning and there was no AC in the bathrooms! It has been triple digits here in Reno and I can't imagine using bathroom during the heat of the day. We will never come here again. The KOA in Boomtown was much nicer. We would have stayed there but we wanted to be with our friends.

I let them know that it would be couple of hours before I could get there as my motorhome was in Gardnerville, NV and I was driving down there to pick it up. They assured me this was no problem. As I am picking up my rig, I realize that I am going to be late and when I called, again, I was assured there would be a couple of staff members out front when I arrived to assist me. Once there and checked in, I was led to my space and give a briefing of where everything was. This park is extremely clean including bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. There are 3 different dog runs that were also very clean. The only complaint that I have is there is not much room between sites. My picnic table is very close to the neighbor's rig.

There's no room to park or hang out at the picnic table without bumping into your neighbor on both sides. It seems like most full-timers live towards the back. The facilities are decent, including laundry, bathrooms, and showers. The dog park is a bit of a letdown. It's a sandbox and not very clean. I've seen dog owners not pick up after their dogs' poop. It's smells bad. Did I mention poor reception for ATT? I think this whole area. Overall, this place works for a quick stopover, but there are some issues that need to be addressed.

Things have definitely improved since then and I can say I had an excellent experience. It's a residential park so it's not like a campground with a store or playground or anything, which was perfect for me. It does have a nice little dog park. It was quiet, cozy, well maintained, and I still consider the managers, Ray and Diane, friends. They do a great job of keeping things safe, clean, and comfortable.

Matt, from Western Skies RV went out of his way to hook us up with a great RV and he even made sure to expedite everything so we could pick it up immediately. The Rv came stocked with everything we needed... bedding, pillows, cookware, dishes, paper towels, soap... Western RV goes above and beyond to make the RV luxe and cozy. The great service didn't end when we drove off... Matt gave us his cell for any issues. We proceeded to text him with every question that came up and he answered promptly. It was like we got 24hr concierge service included in the rental. When we dropped the RV off Ron met us after hours to accommodate a 4am return!! I cannot recommend this company enough, it feels like they actually care about you and your experience. You can't go wrong here. Justin was who did our walk around, and he was excellent at knowing all the little nuances of our rv. Super nice kid! We even got to meet the owner Austin and talk about snowboarding. All around a great experience with some really nice people. We love our new rv and couldn't recommend these people more!
