Library Lounge at Skytop Lodge feels like stepping back in time in the best possible way…read more From the moment you walk in, everything slows down. Dim lighting, big comfortable leather chairs, bookshelves lining the walls, a fully stocked bar, and historic photos throughout the space create a classic lodge vibe that feels timeless without being stuffy. It is cozy, polished, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what they serve. The craft cocktails are well made and thoughtful, and if you prefer beer, there are solid options there too. As a bourbon lover, I especially enjoyed their private barrel pick served neat, a real treat and easily a standout pour. This is a perfect pre-dinner or post-evening stop, we have done both, and it works beautifully either way. Dress is slightly casual but leans upscale, and while pricing is a bit higher than average, it feels completely worth it for the setting, quality, and experience. We sank into the chairs, talked story with friends, and lost track of time, which really says it all. If you are anywhere near Skytop Lodge, make sure this is on your list. Plan extra time, you will want to linger.

((Full disclosure it does get sweltering hot as it's right in the sun around 2/3pm)). The service was perfect and the food/drinks were delicious. I had the hotdog (low-key delicious), and hubby had the Signature Burger (devoured the entire thing!). We also shared baskets of regular fries and Chipotle Cheese Fries. Let me tell you -- these fries are DELISH to begin with. Reminds me of the Boardwalk (IYKYK), and then it's topped with more wonderfully flavorful toppings?!? Sign. Me. Up. ((Quick nod to the antiques in the bathrooms - the mirrors are gorgeous!!)) We will definitely be back!

Everything about this space feels thoughtfully designed and curated. It's such a fun little gem right here in Pine Bush. The owners are incredibly welcoming, as are the bar staff, and there's a warmth to the place that makes you want to come back. We've really enjoyed the pop-up food vendors they've brought in, and when there isn't a vendor on site, the bites they offer are a great addition. And the cocktails! I honestly haven't had one I didn't like. They're creative, beautifully made, and showcase the spirits so well. I'm also loving the eclectic mix of live music they're bringing into the venue. It gives each visit a little different personality and makes The Baldwin feel like more than just a place to grab a drink. It's becoming a true local experience. Such a great addition to Pine Bush. Thoughtful, welcoming, creative, and just a really fun place to spend an evening. We'll definitely keep coming back!

Other menu items of the past I have really enjoy are the Mac and Cheese and the Duck Dumplings or pot stickers... name escapes but the memory of enjoyment never did. Great server. Great staff.
