Totally fantastic experience!…read more I dealt with Greg who is their most senior and experienced realtor and it shows. He was approachable, personable, and just all around nice and understanding. He was beyond forthcoming and really did go the extra mile time and time again to work with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't say how great greg was enough, he really did make what was before myself looking for properties on my own to an expirenece that was quick and reasonable. When showing me properties he didn't try to oversell or hide things, he told me exactly what to expect pros and cons and laid it out for me. He didnt push for the biggest commission he really does know how to work in the service industry and his level of service is classy and fantastic. If you deal with Preview Properties I recommend using Greg.

She was extremely friendly, funny, and professional - in the past, I've felt pressured and uncomfortable with Boston realtors, but this entire experience was different. She was always so polite and knowledgable! In less than two weeks, she found a beautiful apartment and helped me through all of the paperwork/lease signing. I'll be moving in July! South End Realty just seems like an all around good business - accurate property photos, upfront about all the costs, and VERY fast with communication. 100% recommended for anyone seeking a place to live in Boston - thank you!!

I was with my daughter, and we had just flown in from Portland Oregon. We were looking for a summer sublet and were not familiar with Boston. Duncan gave us great advice about where to focus our search and said he might have a unit coming available that could work for us. Fast forward four days, Duncan met us on a Sunday morning to show us a unit and it was perfect! After our tour I headed to the airport to for my flight back to the west coast and filled out the application while I waited at the gate. My husband and I tried to go through another realty company the past few years after ending our lease with Steve and had nothing but issues. Going back to Steve was the smart thing to do, and I don't think I will work with any other broker or leasing agent in Boston but him. He provides showings of apartments most other companies don't have, he stays in your price range, listens to the "extras" you're looking for, but most importantly he doesn't rush a sale or make you feel like working with you is a chore. He is the only broker I've ever met who actually does the work to earn his fee. Uptown Realty has listings for both Boston and Greater Boston, along with rentals and houses/condos/townhouses to buy. I've been lied to, hit with fees that were "forgotten" until after an application had already been submitted, and basically harassed 24/7 by brokers asking if I'm ready to sign on a unit they didn't even show up to - just had the tenants let me in.  Please know that the little things (even salutations on email and text - wow.
