Rob is amazing. He's been my boyfriend's family's mechanic for years and now he is mine. He's…read morehonest and trustworthy. Never over charges me and I can even watch him do everything for my car. I moved an hour away and I still go to him, he's that good.

I cannot say enough about Rob at Two and a half. I have been bringing my vehicles there for about…read moretwo years now. First, Rob is incredibly HONEST. He tells you like it is and when you own older cars and you need your car for work you cant have some hack mechanic fiddling around for days trying to figure it out wasting time and money. He diagnoses for free. If he knows he can't solve the problem he sends you where you need to go. He doesn't mess around. His rates are EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I have gotten gouged so many times by expensive mechanics who have told me I needed a job done. One time a mechanic said I needed a $1200 fix for a "bent bar" near my tire (cant remember the actual wording) but thats when my brother said you should take it to Rob to have a look. They were taking me for a ride, Rob told me. There was no such problem. Saved me $1200 bucks. That was the first time I brought my car there and met Rob. Been an appreciative customer ever since. Rob does repairs on our family cars, some seven vehicles now. He's a gem for sure! Thanks Rob! P.S. just remembered another time Rob saved me money where another mechanic might've taken advantage of my auto ignorance. I drove up and told Rob there was a strange noise. I expected to have to leave the car for him to check it but he stopped what he was doing, wiped his hands on a towel, turned the car on and gave it a listen right away. He went around and opened the glove box and pulled out a crumpled paper that fell behind. We had a good laugh about that. And of course no charge. He's great.

If I could leave a negative ten stars I would, this place is not worth the one star here, won't let…read moreme post with no star selected. Terrible place. Avoid, Avoid, please avoid save your hard earned money. Charged $500 on BMW even though they were not able to remove a fuel injector. Had to tow the car away. Car was not driveable after bringing it to this shop. They did the same thing to another customer, didn't know of that negative post. Would have never had them "service" the car. State they work on foreign cars could even get the job done. Took $500. Owner had no problem charging for work not completed. Avoid at all cost. This place should be shutdown. Consumer protection and DMV do nothing to protect the public from shop like this. Should lose their license. No justification for charging $500 for not being able to remove a fuel injector. Seriously you say you work on foreign cars but can't remove fuel injector. Then the owner wanted $5,000.00 to replace all the fuel injectors. I told him to explain to me how you get to $5,000.00 from $500 dollars. Avoid this place. And NO I'm not going to remove this review because people should be aware of your business practices. This is not a way to run a business, believe me I know what I'm talking about, I hold a bachelor degree in International Business Management. I get sick to my stomach that people who act like this don't get shutdown, these types of practices are not a way to retain customers. Regret having the BMW brought to this shop. How people like this sleep at night I'll never understand. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, I want to prevent others from having the same horrible expensive terrible experience. Geo.

And was I surprised on how the gentleman at the front desk had the customers best interests first he went through all my options and the transmission fix was perfect and route 63 pricing was very very very competitive and the cleanliness (no tools all over .. everything in it's place) and the mechanics are respectful & very considerate of your car and return your car to you like it's there own!!!!!!!! This review is from a new customer who was stuck there with a transmission problem and had nothing better to do so I watched everyone work!!!!!!!!! I found my go to mechanic shop!!!!!!!!!!
