I needed help with my car just a few days before the holiday! After asking me to bring it in I felt reassured by Eric right away! I felt like I now had someone who really cared about my car needs and stellar service/care was ahead! That's what happened! In the midst of so many cars needing repair just before a holiday mine was fixed within 24 hours! They even came to pick up my tires that I needed on the car! On top of that I'll be picked up tomorrow morning to get my car back! Wow is all I can say! I'm beyond happy with the service, the care, the result and the value of what I received! It's awesome that he also cared for his Mama's car too that is the exact make of my car! I bought this used and the owner always had service here so my baby is home and in good hands! Oh one last thing! I was told right away that my car is his car. Yes the owner treats my car as if it's his! So in other words, get your car in good hands at Euro Auto in Bethlehem Ct. Its a choice you won't regret! read more

I am a first-time customer today for Euroauto and owner Eric. Referred by a close friend who has been with him for over a decade. Car water leaks are a nightmare, but Eric quickly found and fixed the leak which was flooding the back floor. He also spotted an alternator that was about to go while he was doing a belt tensioner adjustment. He also fixed a small-part set of clips on the fuel line and checked/blew out the fuel filter while he was in there, to make sure it was not fouled. Eric walked me through each repair thoroughly before performing the repair. He sent me a video to show the leak in action. I hadn't been able to spot it. The drive home in my repaired Lincoln was awesome. My friend has had Eric and his team do excellent repair work on all the other major car systems over the years. You'll get a no BS situation assessment up front and timely updates on your repair. This is a very solid and honest shop. read more

My car battery died at a nearby location and it wouldn't jump. I tried calling AAA three times but kept losing the call due to bad cell service - I was stranded with my kids on a hot day. I popped into Euro Auto to see if anyone could help me. Eric was quick to assist! He grabbed the right battery and some tools, and hopped in his car and came out to where my car was dead and changed the battery on site. Eric really went above and beyond! He also gave me a great price and saved the day. Seemed like a really decent guy- not trying to take advantage, very fair and he was very kind. If we lived instate he would definitely be our permanent mechanic. read more

I can't recommend Eric at Euroauto highly enough! He worked on my daughters 71 VW Bug which had sat in a shed for 35 years. Her dream was to use it for her upcoming wedding, my goal was it was safe to drive. Eric was fantastic, he was in constant contact, made Scarlett (the cars name) safe and reliable and came in on time and budget. He took care of it as if his own child was going to be behind the wheel! He even called after the job was completed to ask how the wedding went. All our vehicles will be going to euroauto in the future. read more

I recently took my car to Eric at Euro Auto and was very pleased with the service. Eric does excellent work and doesn't cut corners. He handled some complex issues with skill and precision, showing his deep knowledge and expertise. Eric is straightforward, no-nonsense, and tells it like it is. I'd rather have someone who's blunt but thorough than someone who sugarcoats things and cuts corners. Eric is fantastic! You hear stories about good, honest mechanics? You found one! He has helped us with several different cars and when we inherited a 2001 Camry and then bought a 1999 Camry for our children to drive, his expertise and service gave us the confidence that they are safe on the road. The sense of security knowing that we have a mechanic who is professional, honest, reasonable and that we can always count on, is priceless. Highly recommend! read more

I have already recommended Eric to a few people already. He's that good! Not only did he take care of my SUV right away, but he also walked us through each step of the process. We brought it in with suspension problems. Eric checked the vehicle top to bottom and caught another issue that could've become a much greater problem. It's clear he takes pride in his work and treats customers like family. I won't bring my car anywhere else. read more

Eric is the best! I had a problem with my car's computer system and it was not passing inspection. Eric went above and beyond to figure out how to resolve the problem. Eric is one of the finest auto mechanics I ever dealt with. He explains in detail what needs to be done, sends photos and walk you through the entire process. These guys are the best. I had a low tire pressure alert so I stopped by to check it out. Eric tested the air pressure, showed me where it told me what the pressure should be, put air in all the tires and then explained how to "teach" my car what the ideal pressure needs to be. I have also had repair work done (car was pushed by a 18-wheeler) and was very satisfied with the outcome. Kathy O read more
