    Blood orange rail o Rita

Stopped in for an afternoon drink and snack. Loved the blood orange rail-a-Rita and Buffalo chicken dip. Nice casual atmosphere and service was efficient. Everything came out quickly.

Lunch! This was a nice time, always like going to The Rail for many different occasions, but really enjoy it for a quick lunch break. The place is clean, although the front entrance smelled like toilet bowl cleaner ‍, not very appetizing. The service is good, Josh, the server vas very friendly and inquisitive. The co-worker who I had lunch with had some questions that Josh wasn't aware-of and Josh took the time to get him the answer for it. The food was good, although their malt vinegar bottles did not have the plastic stopper, and we weren't paying attention, causing vinegar to dump on his fries ‍. Josh was so nice to offer replacement fries and explained that it was a recent change they made, to allow customers to be able to pour it. I just think people's familiarity with Heinz Malt Vinegar, you'd anticipate the plastic piece there. Maybe it's just us. The benches were a little too bouncy and feels a bit rough. Something that could be better. We'll be back, not only is it convenient, they also have good-quality food.

The food is prepared to perfection, and the service professional, Maria, is refreshing. You can't beat a medium rare hamburger (cooked to order) with onion rings and / or a wedge salad. The chef knows his craft. It's not on the lower end of the price spectrum, but neither is a great steak. Splurge and treat yourself to one of the best burgers in Summit County. If you appreciate good food and service, check out The Rail. It's a winner. Note: Sorry for the photos of half eaten food. It was difficult to contain my excitement.

First time being here and was very impressed. Definitely the best "burger joint" that we have found here in Ohio. They have lots of Ohio beers/liquors. They also have kind of an open kitchen so you can hear and see the cooks. Our waitress was incredibly helpful on tips and tricks for the menu. I got the Hidden Bacon Wonton Burger and it was fabulous. Cooked to a perfect medium rare. My wife got the 4 cheese Mac with bacon and it was very creamy and delicious. Also they let you pick between skinny fries and steak fries. Their skinny fries were just like steak and shakes so DELICIOUS. All in all a great dinner date spot

Our extended family had an early Sunday dinner here before heading to an event at Blossom. Everything was great. We were seated immediately and our server, Emily, was friendly and attentive - even taking her time to reassure my concerns regarding food sensitivities. Among the group, we tried the Local Yokel Burger, the Buffalo Chicken Salad, the White Cheddar Mac, and several chicken sandwiches, both grilled and crispy (the latter my teenage son even declared the best sandwich he'd ever had). Everything was delicious and the service was prompt. I also truly appreciated the availability of a gluten free menu online and the addition of mocktails to the drink menu (the raspberry mint mule was wonderful). We would absolutely eat here again and would recommend it.

Service was really good...the drinks were Great...burgers (medium well) tasted outstanding....the homemade tater tots were not my favorite...sweet potato fries

My spicy chicken sandwich after I cut a piece for my dad, fries very underwhelming

Fun atmosphere. The food was good but nothing too special here. My haze Jane beer was good and my wife liked her cocktail sweet peach. The tater tot appetizer was really good and the Mac and cheese balls were not that great and wouldn't order that again. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but not very spicy and the skinny fries somehow were a little cold and not crispy at all. My dad loves the milkshake there and my mom liked Her salad. Somehow a server, food runner and manager asked us how we were but they couldn't take the dishes we stacked right in front of them. All in all it was a 3.5/5 stars and I was not really impressed. I think we need to try a lot more places before we go back there again.

I don't appreciate seeing the cooks on their cell phones while cooking! I'm sure it's not allowed and it's definitely unsanitary!

For example, if you want a non-beer drink, there are no fountain beveridges. Just random bottled drinks like apple and orange juice. (with pizza?!) To order, you have to go to the counter, but there's no menu to look at once there. So we were literally toting menus back and forth from the table to the counter to show them what we wanted to order. Chaotic is a good word to describe our experience. The pizza was delicious, I'd happily eat it again. But the service and menu/drink situation were so bad it was almost laughable. We were the only group in the entire restaurant, and I think I know why. While the restaurant building is exactly what you'd expect, the outdoor patio looked inviting with ample seating and an open fire, but I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'm only giving this place two stars because the pizza was so good. ‍

It was saturated in honey and had a slight stinky cheese type undertone, but we didn't complain and ate a couple slices. I'm expecting so I didn't try a beer, but both times I had a lukewarm beverage from their small selection. My husband did get beer from the wall, a few each time, and noted they were mostly foam despite a careful pour. Again the price does not fit the quantity. The second visit we ordered the white pizza. NOWHERE on the menu does it state that it is heavily doused with lemon, including several lemon seeds. My husband is sensitive to lemon. The cheese was also clumped and undercooked. We brought this to the attention of the staff and a very rude man literally said "what do you want to do about it?" We didn't get past a bite each, the pizza was 22 dollars, and they gave us 10 off. For real? Lemon is not on the menu description. And seeds definitely don't belong on pizza. I'm glad my husband brought it up because if it had been me, I'd have most certainly made a bigger fuss. I don't usually leave poor reviews but felt compelled after this visit. We won't return and I'm sure they won't care one bit. So many better pizza and beer options in the area. I will also mention briefly that for the amount of staff they have standing around, you'd think the place would be cleaner. Eww.

Firehouse Tavern - Honest Review…read more We stopped in because one of the ladies in our group was craving sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told they're no longer on the menu--even though they still appear on the website. Our waitress explained there's a new manager and they currently don't have access to update the online menu. The atmosphere felt cold and very empty when we arrived, so we asked for something warm to drink. The only options were Coke products, so five of us settled for simply a cup of hot water. There were nine of us total, and the food came out sporadically. We tried to wait until everyone had their meal, but the timing made it a little awkward. On a positive note, I ordered the House on Fire Jalapeño Popper Burger. It came with crispy bacon, cream cheese, and jalapeños. The menu said the jalapeños were deep-fried, though I only received soft ones. However -- the burger was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium, and it came out pink inside, which told me the patties are made fresh. My side was the homemade potato chips, but they were just dry fried potatoes without much flavor or crisp. Once everyone finally had their food, the waitress disappeared. I ended up going to the bar myself to ask for water, and was handed a plastic cup with no ice. We didn't see the waitress again until she came around with the checks. The good news is: They do take credit cards The restaurant is wheelchair accessible -- but only if the correct parking spot is open. Once the lot fills (about 10 cars), the incline makes it nearly impossible for a handicap van to park safely. My burger, fries, and cup of water came to about $15. Overall, I'm not sure I'd return. My friends seemed to enjoy their meals, but between the missing menu items, slow service, and lack of warmth in the atmosphere, it just wasn't the experience we hoped for.
