Although the store is not that large, they did have a large selection of raiders gear. What makes it even better is the cashier Kay. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and patient. She provides very individual attention and has a very positive attitude. She gave my friend's son amazing costume ideas! Kay is awesome. Parking here sorta sucks because it's expensive. Cheapest place to park is at the subway station but be prepared to walk uphill and/or take tram. Alternatively, you can pay $30 for general parking, which is good if you're parking for the entire day. If you're only going for several hours, you're better off doing valet parking for $25. If you go to a sit down restaurant (not fast food), valet parking is reduced to $10 for 2.5 hours or $15 for 3.5 hours. read more

First off I have to say I never review stores as I just go in buy what I want and leave, but the customer service was exceptional and it was really exciting to see this store, happy we still have a Raider Image in California. I was helped by the young lady with red hair named nini she was extremely welcoming and helpful. She really made my first time experience at the store really exciting. She was very nice and outgoing. The store carries a lot of LA and Oakland merchandise for us OG fans and cool accessories for cars. Store was a bit small but they filled everywhere they can with raiders merch. Even though you have to pay for parking to go into citywalk I will definitely be coming back frequently read more

This is a great "all things Oakland Radiers" shop. Not sure how long it'll last in this location considering they are the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders, but this is the perfect place for fans to outfit themselves for the NFL season. The store itself is small, but they have lots of options, from authentic game day jerseys to a wall of hats with a wide range of designs. T-shirts, car magnets, flags, even items for the kiddos. It's located at Universal CityWalk, which means you're going to be paying inflated prices (think $33 for a hat), but you can find harder to get merch here. Most items are raised ABOVE the MSRP, so buyer beware. You also have to pay for parking at Universal if you want to shop, which is a total ripoff. This is mostly a store if you're a tourist or if you're already planning to spend the day in the adjacent Universal Hollywood theme park. I was also greatly impressed with the staff. We had lots of questions and they were courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We asked why they didn't have any rookie jerseys, especially since these guys were made popular on the new season of "Hard Knocks." The woman working said because of the Antonio Brown debacle, Nike had put a stop to printing any new players' jerseys because they'd already lost tens of thousands of dollars (and growing). I appreciated an honest answer. Plus, it's a cool fact to throw out at my next cocktail party. read more

I'm giving it 2 stars only because I'm a Raiders fan, but in all reality, its cool to have the store in LA, but you have to pay to go to it, in the form of the $30 parking fee for Universal. The selection was limited and I found it to be a quiet and un-busy sad little store. The only worse team store I've seen is the Cowboys Pro Shop in Beaumont, TX read more

Love this Place !!! I always walk out with something.. never disappoints . Kay is the Best , super helpful and friendly . Very knowledgeable! She makes it worth the drive from Pomona ! Which is Not far to get official Raiders gear in Los Angeles.. I park in 5minute parking at the top of the hill.. so no walk, or fee. Love the Entrance to just Awesome!!!! read more

We stop in to check out the store after having a good day at universal and the guy working was so rude and not helpful at all. We tried talking to the guy asking him questions and he acted like we were bothering him. read more

Being a Green Bay Packer fan I bled green as I walked into The Raider Image.. however I will admit it was my idea to come here to buy my compa a birthday gift and I will admit I am overly jealous by the amount of Raider Nation apparel they have... The Raiders are not even an LA team so why is there a store just for them? ( again jealous factor) After what seemed hours he found something he was willing to let me buy him.. he was being modest and would not allow me to buy him more then a cup and an item for his wife... The prices where very reasonable so if I was an actual fan this is where I would be buying my Raider Gear unlike having to do it on-line for this year's Football season.. GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If you're a Raider's fan this is heaven. everything Raiders in here baby. From shirts, jackets, hates, gloves, underwear, socks, watches, bbq tools, bbq's, posters, pictures, mugs, cups, cup holders, jerseys, pillows, dog beds, you name it they got it. They place is spick and span too. No bringing drinks in there or food. The manager Jackie is a real gem of a lady too. She's what keeps it going and clean. Just check out their carpet too. All Raiders! read more

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the Raiders team and the apparel and the different eras that used different logos in the raider pirate and raider shield. Very fun store if you're a fan you can get a lot of memorabilia that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else read more

This store sucks. They raise the prices above MSRP. I was buying a raider pin and it was wrapped in plastic. I peeled off the price sticker only to reveal a much lower price under the plastic. I mentioned it to the guy at the register and he got annoyed and said something like "If you're asking me to give you that price I'm not. I have to give you the sticker price." Who does that and gets annoyed like they own the store? They need to go out of business. read more

I'm not a raiders fan but I've been to the black hole and I'm married to one, and all of his friends that he thinks are cool are raiders fans and I made a short film about raider nation but i could care less if the raiders would ever win the super bowl. however, i want a freakin raiders sweater that is a pull over, not a zip up, that is black with the silver raiders emblem on it and i want it in my size. why do they only carry large sizes? at least we found a cute baby bib and bottle and mailed it out to a new dad who is a raiders fan who we went to the black hole with. did i mention that i am not a raiders fan? read more

It's a store only for Oakland Raiders stuff. They have just about anything you can think of with a Raiders logo attached. Five stars, enough said. Raiders!!!! read more

Silver & Black! That is all you see as soon as you walk into this store. Why is there a Raider store on Citywalk? I have no idea. The Raiders haven't been a LA hometeam since FOREVER! But..if you are an OAKLAND Raider fan or know of one..you can get anything Raiders here. This is the perfect place to pick up Raider souvenirs, jerseys, coolers, almost anything related to the Raiders. The store is tucked in the back behind the Hard Rock. *I quietly admit that I am a Raider fan from back in the day when they were good....like back in the 70's!!!! (Shhh..don't tell anyone!) read more

Went here a few days ago, looking for a jersey to add to my collection. I don't know, maybe it's because the Raiders are moving to Vegas or what?, but the vibe was just flat. As soon as I walked in, silence. The two employees were talking to each other, but that was it. I was browsing the jerseys...silence, still with the two talking in the background. Didn't spend too much time here. Heaven forbid I tried to make a purchase, I would've cut their conversation short. Wouldn't want that to happen. read more

I'm not a Raiders fan. Not by any stretch of the imagination. But for anyone who does, this is the store for you. It's literally wall to wall Raiders stuff. In L.A. Even though the Raiders are in Oakland, were in Oakland first and are back in Oakland. I'm just saying... The sale stuff in the front, there's jerseys and jackets, hats and license plate holders that are super cheap. I guess there's not a huge demand when your teams is in OAKLAND! Just saying... The cool thing is you can pose for pictures in the front with a cut out Raider statue. Classic. read more

This store is so cool! They sell pet apparel, baby apparel and fun randoms like raiders duct tape, toothbrushes, post its, eyelashes, and car accessories. The employees are really great and friendly. The pricing is fair and they had quite a bit of sale items when we went. A definite must for raider fans! read more

I am a Raiders fan. And yes, I live in LA. I work down the street from this store, and I have never been so happy to see a Raider Image, ever. The store is fully stocked with whatever you can think of. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I think they even sell throwback jerseys like for Plunkett and Jackson. I'll be going back soon to buy my jersey for this season. read more

As a Raiders fan it sucks that this is the only location near by. It sucks if this is the only store you want to go to and you have to pay for parking?!?!?! No thanks!!!! I think they should allow stores to validate your parking ticket. Stamp it when you make a purchase and you have to exit within a certain amount of time. Simple!!! Why is AMC Theates the only one who validates? How come those people get to sit there for 2+ hours for free but I have to pay to run inside a store for less than 20 minutes?!?!? It's all online for me from now on. read more

LOYAL Raider fans, this is the place to go shopping for all of your Raiders gear/accessories!

Raider fan but not of this place .. Came on a Thursday's website said they close at 9 .'I live far and drove all the way to city walk just for this store i showed up at 8 they were closed .. Never got such call ..don't waste ur time coming here just for this store better off shopping online . Received HORRIBLE service from both the sales associate and store manager. Store manager was on her phone as I'm asking her questions and she was ignoring me for the first minute of me asking her and trying to talk to her. Do NOT go to this store. read more

Sad. As a die hard raider fan who was born and raised that way, I made the mistake of coming in with my son who was wearing a cowboys T-shirt. The man and woman working the front on October 28th around 7pm noticeably made gestures like they weren't welcoming my son in the store. Then, when we were leaving the guy called the girls attention, pointed at my son, and she sarcastically waved and said "bye!" behind his back. Little did she know his mother was standing in front of her and witnessed the whole thing. I guess they didn't know that this child lives in a divided household, Raiders and Cowboys. Guess they didn't know that he's too young to chose a side between his moms team (raiders) and his dads team (cowboys). Guess she also didn't know that we had planned to drop a good amount of cash there that will be spent elsewhere now. Please don't hire people who give raider fans a bad name. Love your team, don't try and act better to a child. They are lucky he didn't hear because this would've been a yelp review and a call to corporate on top of that. My son will feel welcomed by both sides until he's old enough to choose read more

Wow you guys took off my review haha well I'm back just to let you guys know that your customer service is no good so if you guys like to get ignored came here and ask for a size and they will tell you to wait and never come back and when you see the person they will tell you sorry I'm on my lunch break read more

This is the greatest store on the planet! The Manager Jackie was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the apparel and the team.

Terrible experience here today. Very disappointed with the Manager BRYAN. Never shopping here again. My son had both of his hands in his sweatshirt and had his back to the rack with shot glasses and one shot glass fell and broke. You should have a lip on that shelf so your glasses can't just roll of the shelf. He charged us for it and said if we don't pay he was going to call security. My son didn't even pickup the shot glass. We put the shirts back that we were gonna purchase. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! Terrible customer service. read more

As a lifelong a Raider fan from out of state, I was thrilled to find a store dedicated to my team. They had a good selection of jerseys, sweatshirts, t-shirts, cups, mugs, and tons of novelty items. I'll definitely stop in here again when in the area! read more

Walked into store at 3:45PM 5/7/18 with family and was looking for sweatshirts. Jokingly asked where Niners caps were with a smile and salesperson said in the trash where it belongs. I understand that people are passionate about their teams but my goodness does one have to be so mean spirited when engaging with other team fans. I was shopping for my niece who was looking to buy Raiders gear and decided to leave. I believe all employees should be polite and treat customers respectfully Raiders fans or not. My family represents many teams and we always treat each other nicely after all it's only a sport. read more

We are big Raiders fans. No Raider stores in Hawaii. Came here to stock up- disappointed in the selection- sizes were limited. WORSE were the employees. No excitement, no nothing. When we asked about sizes they acted as though we were inconveniencing them. Guess we will save our money for the Raiders stores in Vegas. Hopefully they put some $$ in training their employees in how to work in a retail environment. read more
