I had ordered a chocolate chip pancake but it came out with blueberries so they remade that for me. Normally I'd have just eaten it but I really am not a blueberry fan so I had to say something. The bacon was okay, they ask if you want regular or crispy. For regular it was pretty dang crispy so I can't imagine what crispy is like. The pancake was fine, they're pretty big so one was filling enough. Just wasn't wowed by anything so next time I'll have to try something else maybe a Benedict!

The pork had excellent flavor. Service was very friendly and the store was quiet for the few hours I worked on my laptop. They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! OBSESSED. It normally gets crowded in here, with plenty of people like me working remotely on their laptops. The owners are also extremely nice and have been behind the counter every time I've been. The drip coffee is pour your own with simple syrup, cinnamon, oat milk and regular along with lids and sleeves. Very good I think a medium to dark roast. The pickled things were amazing. They were pickles and in a delicious brine. It is $6 and you get four cut into quarters. The chopped cheese was a great size and the optional sunny side egg made it feel brunch worthy. I'd get this again. There is a vegan option for this as well as most of their other selections. My wife tried the vegan boujee which comes on focaccia with tofu & just egg scramble, a herb vegan cheese spread, greens, muhammara (roasted red pepper and walnut spread) and za'atar. She found it had too many ingredients. While she liked the vegan aspect of it the sandwich was just too busy. My sister in-law chose the special which was fried chicken on a biscuit with egg, Tasso ham and gravy. She said it was good but very heavy without anything to cut through the fat. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.
