They are easy to communicate with and answer all of your questions. Once we decided which fans we were going to go with, they put us on the schedule for an install the very next week. They protected our carpet, installed the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out in no more than 45 mins. The whole house fan itself is awesome. We no longer have to run our A/C all day and all night. We had issues with our upstairs staying really warm even during the evening, but the whole house fan has resolved that problem. This was a great experience from start to finish. Dealing with Drew via e-mail I could tell I was dealing with someone who knew his business and addressed all of my concerns. The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, assessed the situation, and got right to work. They removed an old-style house fan in our ceiling that worked "OK" but sounded like a helicopter was always over the house. After an hour or so they had the new 6.5 system installed and I asked them if we could turn it on full blast. They smiled and said "it is on full blast". After a demonstration of how much air it can move, we were instantly reassured that this was the right decision. I didn't have a way of objectively measuring the change of air movement but I would guess it moves 50-75% more air per minute and is about 75% quieter. The timer and control panel is a big improvement as well. read more

I waited almost a year to get a QuietCool. That's the only thing I regret about my QuietCool. I love how it brings the fresh air in. Feels like you're outside. I'm already saving a lot of money compared to running my A/C. One of the best purchases I've ever made for my home. If you've looked at ways to reduce your monthly energy costs, the QuietCool better be at the very top of the list. It's way, way cheaper than solar and you recoup the costs a lot quicker. The app is really cool. I can turn the unit on anywhere in the house and change the fan speeds. Great job guys. I have large home (6,500 Sq feet) and wanted the air sucked out of my house quickly so I had a total of 3 Quiet Fans installed in my house. Kind of overkill but that is what I wanted. (1 Stealth Pro 7.0 and 2 Stealth Pro 6.0). The install team of Cody, Mike W. and Christian called 15 minutes before the arrived right on time. Very knowledgable and friendly. I called QC Manufacturing and talked with Adam, who was helpful, and he emailed me troubleshooting information immediately.
