I ordered through Ubereats. But, the staff delivers. I ordered at lunchtime. That went very smoothly. Then it was downhill. First, I really wanted to love this restaurant. The menu looks so interesting and everything sounds wonderful. I got the Colonial wrap. First, I hated the cranberry aoili. Fortunately, I only put it on half. I should have tasted it first. But, that was my fault, and I would not be writing this review because of one item. I would just use a different dressing from my refrigerator. What I disliked were the tiny cubes of processed turkey all the same size. Real turkey would be differing sizes. And then I kept feeling pebble like pieces. I was afraid if I bit into them, I would break a tooth. I finally realized they were the bacon. I like my bacon well done and crispy, but... . And this was the better part of my order. The gnocchi lasagna went into my refrigerator for dinner. But, I opened it first and it seemed greasy. When I took it out, the grease had congealed on top. I tried removing it, but that hardly helped. As far as the taste, I could have opened my mouth and poured down salt. There was plenty for two servings. I ate two forkfuls and the second was to see if it was really as bad as I thought. It was. It had so much promise. It brings me no joy to write this. I went for a quick bite to eat and absolutely loved their chicken caprese wrap. Their fries were everything a fry should be. Hot, crispy, a little salty but not too salty. I particularly loved the way the wrap was grilled. Service was excellent and fast. Needed a spot for a quick mid-week lunch with outdoor seating and ended up at The Quick Fixx. Other than the incredibly humidity/heat (neither of which The Quick Fixx can control), the meal was terrific. Since we were the only ones eating outside due to aforementioned weather conditions, we were able to sit at a larger table and angle the neighboring umbrellas to provide shade. The menu was extensive, but not overwhelming, and I appreciated that they seemed to have items that would appeal to even the pickiest eaters as well as the more adventurous. Drink options were also plentiful (and cold!) and our salads came out quickly, were well-proportioned and neat with perfectly cooked proteins (grilled chicken, fried chicken, and calamari respectively). It tasted exactly how I wanted it to taste and was a good portion, but not enough for leftovers Noted that I had a dairy allergy when ordering, and the chef came out to the table to let us know that they normally toss the sauce in butter before adding the other ingredients, but could use oil instead due to the allergy. Been getting food there for years and it never disappoints if you use cash any day up until 4 o'clock you can get anything on the menu for $12. The shrimp scampi is beyond incredible and they don't give you dinky little sea monkeys they give you big shrimp ! the shrimp or chicken Caesar salad either one is amazing. I prefer the shrimp, which they cook on a grill along with the chicken absolutely hands-down there's no place anywhere that has a dressing for a Caesar salad that could even come close to how good this is. I've had Caesar salad at some of the best restaurants they don't even compare .quick fix also give you this, sliced Italian bread with melted Parmesan on it , I break it up and use it as the croutons I crumble that and put it on the salad. Updated as per the response , Thank you so much for getting back to o me . However, the sauce that I was given did NOT have tomato paste. It was a cream color . It tasted like butter and garlic. It did not taste or look like there was tomato paste or any tomato sauce involved. Bolognese sauce ("ragù alla bolognese" in Italian) is a meat- and tomato-based pasta sauce originating in Bologna, Italy. It is typically made by simmering ground meat in tomato sauce, white wine, and stock for a long time (often upward of four hours), so that the meat softens . The sauce was not originally made with tomato paste. I asked for a side of marinara and added to the sauce which is why in the picture, there are tomatoes shown. read more

I'm currently staring at my phone craving the goat cheese salad I am about to tell you about. It was love at first sight. The grilled chicken was juicy, the goat cheese was plenty, and the sliced apples were crisp and decorated the plate. And to my pleasant surprise, I found tortellini dispersed within the salad! Now the dressing... even someone like me who (attempts to) avoid extra calories succumbed to using most of it. Ya I have tried a lot of different goat cheese salads in my life but none have come close to this. The boyfriend and I came here for dinner the other night and looking at their quickies (appetizer) menu, I will be back. I wanted mozzarella sticks and read good things about it but when we saw fried pierogies $7 on the menu, we went for that instead. I would say we made a mistake. We chose the cheddar and jalapeno fried pierogies and there was nothing special about them. I feel like it was probably just heated freezer pierogies. For our main dishes, we ordered the gnocchi lasagna (ricotta gnocchi with cream, Bolognese and melted mozzarella). The Bolognese reminded me of a cheesesteak. The gnocchi was not hot enough. I would probably not get this again. What I did really like was how crispy the New Mexico flatbread $10 came out (spicy bbq fried chicken, sautéed onions, gorgonzola and chili aioli). Not just spicy bbq chicken but FRIED chicken. Yup! I portion is good for two people to share. The flatbread stayed crispy throughout our meal and after I took the final piece home. They also have a couple of unique looking drinks in the fridge. We didn't try any this time but I will be back to try the mozzarella sticks (the stixx). Food is decent for a "quick fix". I'm always baffled by the usage of plastic cups and bowls at establishments that have eat/dine-in options. It just weirds me out and cheapens the experience. On the upside: - Food is decent enough that I'd come back. -Andreanna is totally awesome/attentive and provides superb customer service, someone should promote her to manager. Stopped in while walking around the city and trying to find a quick bite to eat. We started off with the mozzarella sticks which were the absolute best mozz sticks I've ever had. They are huge and have the best cheese pull. For the main I got a veggie wrap and subbed pesto with pesto aioli. It was pretty good but overall could've had some more flavor. Towards the end it got a bit messy but I still liked it. The side of fries that the wrap came with were great, came out hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We really liked their wraps. They are very delicious. Veggies fresh, sauce just done right, chicken tender and juicy. Although I just wanna mention two things - 1. The wraps tend to have the skin burnt quite often. 2. When I pick up in store, I noticed twice the cashier had her mask off. I am just super sensitive with masking. I was given a glass bottle of water for self-refills and the food I ordered came out shortly after.
