This place makes an absolutely fantastic tomato pie. Really enjoyed it with bacon and pepperoni. Had a nice amount of sauce, which was particularly flavorful and a little bit spicy. The crust was nice and soft as well. Also got garlic knots I think they've been better if I had them in store, they got a little tough to chew following the drive over to the restaurant by DoorDash. The other thing I thought was particularly odd. Was I ordered a side of french fries. Selected ketchup as an option for them assuming that meant they would throw a side of ketchup or two in the bag for me unfortunately what it meant instead was that the fries were gonna come pre-Doust and catch up. I had a very upsetting experience when I came to pick up my order. The cashier treated me with clear disrespect. When I asked about the drink that came with my order, she refused to explain and said, "My job is to stand behind the counter." She made no effort to help and spoke in a rude, dismissive tone. As someone who is not from the U.S., I was confused and needed clarification -- but instead of offering basic assistance, she acted like I was a burden. Her laziness and attitude were shocking for someone in a customer-facing role. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any business. I hope management takes this seriously and reconsiders who they choose to represent their store. read more

After watching multiple videos on how to make an eggplant calzone and realizing it would take me days and probably would be terrible I decided to leave that ti the pros. Finding a pizzeria that makes calzones is harder than I thought and to find one that has eggplant on the menu is even harder, I was already impressed at Randazzos for having this available. It arrived within an hour. The size of it is about a foot long and plenty wide and thick, plenty of pepperoni and eggplant and ricotta and mozzarella, very good. I don't like toppings on pizza and still a huge fan of Sicilian at times. I don't think this is anything beyond just ok. The cheese to sauce ratio was off and the dough could have been thicker. Garlic knots were good which is a big deal because some places do screw it up. I didn't try the chicken tenders or fries but my little guy scarfed it up I've ordered from here before and now I have a calzone place I can trust. read more

Shoutout to our local community heroes! This pizza is awesome! I literally could eat a entire half of a pizza! We had a double pepperoni and a plain cheese. The crust is thin, charred perfectly, and crispy yet chewy. The sauce was well balanced, mild , and measured well. The pepperoni was on point just spicy enough to appreciate everything I loooove about a decadent pepperoni! The cheese was ooey gooey and had the perfect chew! Man I'm wanting more just writing this review! Since I saw a great review from a New Yorker and also from New Jersey, I knew it was going to be a WIN !! Bravo!!! I placed my order through Uber eats and I live up five flights of stairs so I called the store to see if they could give me a call when they arrived so I could come down and get it, and that's exactly what they did. Loved my holiday order this year. My meat lovers pizza came pipping hot with an amazing ratio of toppings, a perfect crust, perfectly flavored. Came super quickly too. Pizza, the saying goes, is like ice cream or sex: even when it's mediocre, it's good. Well, I don't know. As far as Randazzo's goes, I thought it was really, genuinely mediocre. I got two slices--a margherita and a mushroom. And it was only so-so. The weird part is that they did the difficult stuff well. The pizza was thin-textured and the crust was light and crispy. But the cheese was "off" (stale?) and they actually shorted me on the sauce! This is so basic! Every pizzeria in the world can get cheese-sauce ratio right! Or so I thought until today. The service was nice and the seating area was pleasant. My underwhelming slices cost a little too much. Two-and-a-half stars. read more

I've tried my fair share of pizza places in the area and Randazzo's was one of my least favorites. I ordered a white pizza with pepperoni and ricotta and a side of mild Buffalo wings. The pizza barely had any cheese on it and the bread was so thin that I felt like I was eating cardboard. The sauce on the Buffalo wings was the best thing about this place. When you want pizza & the trimmings (for us, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, antipasto salad), there are LOTS of places to choose from in Philly. We have been GOOD with many of them, but Randazzo's just moved to the top of the list - I would give them a solid 4.5 stars. Pizza: Large w/onions (red), sausage, peppers. Toppings were GREAT, and there were a lot of them! Crust was good, sauce is nice, cheese good. Just kind of your perfect all around pizza. Antipasto Salad: Yum. Fresh and lots of meats & cheese wrapped up together in a hug on top. My favorite side dish with pizza. Mozzarella sticks: Really, really good! This is where some other places have let us down, surprisingly, with sticks that are undercooked or not warm/heated enough? These were delicious, crispy, cheesy, perfect! Garlic knots: My partner's favorite. I didn't get one. 'Nuff said? (Honestly, he loved them - smaller than other places, but perfect like 2 bites? and the marinara sauce that comes with is great.) Big menu, lots of other things to try, but when we want a reliable pizza dinner, Randazzo's is who we will go to first! read more

I have no idea how this place has 4 starts. I've been eating here since 2012. And whoever owned and operated back then should have never left or stepped down or whatever happened. Clearly something major happened, and it's been years of consistent downgrade and shi* food! This has to be one of the biggest downgrades in restaurant history. Their food once top notch at one point! The pizza was out of this world!! The last 5 years or so...... down down down down! And since 2020/2021 just complete trash! The pizza is horrible! No cheese no sauce! Just trash pizza. The only thing that's been consistent is the nice delivery guys the two older Asian gentleman. I stopped eating here for a long while but said before I completely give up, let me give one more try. Nope! Horrible! Just a complete waste of time and money! our first time ordering was great. we got a pizza and garlic knots. order again, pizza blah, garlic knots burned with zero butter. next time we tried garlic bread and sm buffalo stromboli, pretty good. today we order LARGE buffalo Stromboli which is exactly the same size as small. so we pay for large and get small. yea, no thanks, lost my busines. read more

Usually when i order from here i never. have an issue. minor one tonight. my sister had her jaw wired shut for 4 weeks after an accident. all she wanted was a hot wing stromboli. so i waved my magic wand and got it for her. when it arrived we were all excited to dig in. then i realized ....they sent marinara sauce and NOT blue cheese. i knew my sis would lose it - which she did. but how do you explain to a kid there's no blue cheese? They make a decent cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak with generous portions. Their fries (that I've only ordered once) were horrible bits of oil with basically no potato. I've been to Randazzo's a few times now to grab a slice when I'm on the go. Happy to say, it's always been a good choice! The pizza is very tasty and the slices are huge. They have a wide selection including traditional cheese, or ones with veggie and/or meat toppings. If pizza isn't what you're looking for, they also have sandwiches, paninis, and salads. I can't comment on those because let's be serious... I'm always down for some 'za! =D Service is quick and my slice is usually heated up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Beware that there can be a line depending on the time you're there. Since it is located right across from Good Shepherd Penn Medicine, there's often hospital staff or visitors dropping in to grab some grub. I'm definitely keeping Randazzo's as my go-to for when I'm in the area and need a quick bite! read more
