Elden whom I spoke with would call another print shop who could handle the large dimensions I needed and call me back with the estimate. Cool. Elden does in fact call me back with the price of $90 !!! I promptly told him I was not interested. So much for keeping my business local. I used another business in Portsmouth for $20 total. I don't mind if local means a little bit more but this was a complete rip-off !

Not all ups stores charge for ups boxes or envelopes and when someone questioned the Rochester store employee about that they stated "that is where we make our money" I brought in amazon 2 items yesterday on the same code she told me I could cancel the order and redo them separately or I would have to put them in a box. When I asked her how much it would cost to put it in a box she said $25.00 to shrink wrap them together. These were not large items. 22'x8x4. I am grateful that she told me how to cancel and request a new return but $25 is ridiculous Make sure you know what the cost is going to be. They charged me $80 to return some furnace filters. They said they would "take care of it". the price got deducted from my refund.

In 12/7 Staples site showed a 12/8 delivery to the store and when we went to the register it was confirmed 12/8. Here we are 12/10 and no delivery. Customer service confirmed delivery at 12/19. A bit late and a lie. Bait and switch. I am so tired of big companies just doing what they can and though I am only one person not a blip on their radar. Never again. So disappointed!
