I was nervous that we wouldn't have the cards in time for the funeral but Jeff emailed me a proof within about an hour of receiving the initial design. We decided to go back to FedEx to look at the proof in-person and it was perfect. He offered to print them on the spot so we wouldn't have to come back tomorrow. It's been a stressful week of planning and Jeff made this so easy for us.

Never just let them process it without knowing how much they are going to charge. Not all ups stores charge for ups boxes or envelopes and when someone questioned the Rochester store employee about that they stated "that is where we make our money" I brought in amazon 2 items yesterday on the same code she told me I could cancel the order and redo them separately or I would have to put them in a box. When I asked her how much it would cost to put it in a box she said $25.00 to shrink wrap them together. These were not large items. 22'x8x4. I am grateful that she told me how to cancel and request a new return but $25 is ridiculous Make sure you know what the cost is going to be. They charged me $80 to return some furnace filters. They said they would "take care of it". the price got deducted from my refund.

I started off my 'journey' with Rx Computers and Rob Tarket about 6 months ago when I wanted to…read morebuild a custom computer. I genuinely wanted to put it together myself but I know enough about computers to get myself into trouble. And given what I was planning on spending on custom parts and pieces to build a solid gaming computer, I figured it was not the time to experiment now. I contacted Rob and asked if he built custom PC's which he does. He dispensed some very good advice about parts he would pick for a build. I then went out and did my research and started to gather all these components together. Ended up delayed in my build plan by 6 months for personal reasons as well as waiting for the prices of the GTX 1080 Ti video card to drop. During this time, Rob would answer questions about compatibility and quality. Keep in mind that all through this, I haven't paid him a dime yet. Finally, I was able to go ahead and purchase my components. I walk into his shop with a plastic bin filled with every everything. He cataloged my parts, took pictures of them and proceeded to assemble the finest gaming computer I have ever owned. It took him a week after I dropped the parts off. The PC I have is silent, powerful and a work of art (provided you like LED displays in your gaming computer). Even after the service, Rob took time to answer my questions about hooking up some peripheral components that he did not sell me to help me put my computer Nirvana together. I truly feel that Rob is the 'expert's expert'. There was not one negative thing about this whole process with him from start to finish and I highly recommend his business if you have computer needs.
