My automatic tracker (that they installed and monitor failed). They did not tell me when but they did say that they were aware that it stopped responding. Now being on automatic delivery I never worried about it, had I been made aware of the tracker failing I would have been happy to check the tanks regularly. I was not given ANY notice of this. I do not want another family to have to deal with this irresponsible behavior. This company should be ashamed for not fulfilling their end of obligations to their customers. I will not be dealing with this company for another year. I refuse to go without heat and the ability to cook again because of their negligence.
