Philip the Taylor hemmed two pairs of jeans with the original hem. When I got home and tried them…read moreon I instantly noticed the right leg on both pairs was longer than the left. I measured the inseam to find the right leg 1/2" longer on both pairs. I returned believing this would be an easy fix. Instead I was met with hostility, being told the inseam measurement means nothing, that it was how I was looking at the jeans, and both pairs are perfect. He told me he was the tailor and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm only 5'2" so a 1/2" inch makes a noticeable difference. I was so surprised by his rudeness and hostility that trying to work towards resolution was fruitless. FWIW the inseam of the other pants in my closest are the same on the left and right legs. I gave two stars because they did a good job using the original hem and the jeans were ready a day early.

So this means that a $4.50 cleaning charge will now be $6.00 EVEN though Master Card is only charging 12 cents (3% MAX) for the use of the card. This is such an unfortunate policy that borders on unethical overcharging. I am willing to pay the 3% Mastercard fee, but I am not going to be robbed by such an outrageous and unethical overcharge. Very sad. I am off to find another Dry Cleaner. One who is ethical. Such an irony that they call themselves, "We Care" and they overcharge you so blatantly.
