The owner of the business, Shawn Currier, is usually front and center there to help you. He was the person who originally signed me up and picked out the best deal for my needs. And of course, with superb pricing and friendly service, there's not much to think about. Last year I got a new phone. I went android and bought a Samsung at Walmart. It had to be Verizon phone because of the signal. I went to a Verizon store after I got the phone to buy a protective hard rubber case for it. I bought a better one on Amazon for $16. No place is perfect, and I see a few people here who had bad experiences. A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. You can make an Apple Store appointment and pay a premium to get it done or, if you live in Nashua, you can drop it off and then go food shopping at the Market Basket on Amherst Street. When you are done, stop back in the NH iPhone Repair Store and pick up your iPhone with its new screen! And save money! This is a no brainer. It takes 30 minutes (max) to change the screen. I had to fix a screen for my child (and will bill them later for the repair at Apple prices!) and could not be more happy with the service provide. Cam was outstanding.
