We have things being shipped to us that we need to run our business, and expect to be delivered when the package tracking states "out for delivery". We have someone here from 6am until 1:45am, Monday - Thursday, so there's no excuse for not bringing the packages to our delivery door on those days. I understand today is a holiday, but at the time the carrier claimed "delivery attempted, business closed", there were clearly 14 cars in our parking lot, so it's obvious we were open.
