Staff behind the counter seem to be trying their best, but there's rarely enough of them to handle the line that's almost always there when I visit. Of course, the people who wait to pack and tape their boxes at the counter don't help none either. I also have asked them several times to please clean up the litter around that building. Too many plastic bottles, empty cigarette packs, packing strips and assorted litter that just festers there for weeks on end. A public building in Dover Delaware should be better cared for, I think. We have someone here from 6am until 1:45am, Monday - Thursday, so there's no excuse for not bringing the packages to our delivery door on those days. I understand today is a holiday, but at the time the carrier claimed "delivery attempted, business closed", there were clearly 14 cars in our parking lot, so it's obvious we were open. I'm aware the post office is short staffed, and I know this time of year is very busy, but delivering packages is part of the job, and we need the items for our job. * I have no idea why this has CA for my location, I assure you, I am in Dover, NH.
