I understand that things have gotten very expensive, although Mr. Camarena should cool his jets a bit when dealing with customers. We purchased the machine from them a few years back and my wife is a light user. I made the critical mistake of questioning their repair price and lack of any explanation as to what is included. Mr Adolf became very arrogant and testy with me. You would think that they could have a better attitude with a repeat customer and be a little more customer friendly. Find a better repair option than these clowns!

Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it.
